Clean sheet today on the jeep and trailer test :) I’m new to Wicklow and didn’t know who’s who in the area for driving training. I saw this page, read the reviews and decided to get in contact with Noel. 2 months later and today, after my test, the tester said to me ‘that I must pull trailers as part of my job.’ I don’t :) Noel firstly and foremost gave me the confidence that I didn’t have to ‘get on with it and not be afraid to get it done.’ He helped me to see the bad habits that creep in when you’ve been driving for a few years. He showed me an in depth set of scenarios of what can happen at all the little turns and junctions around the town which not only helped me to pass the test first time but will make me a more capable driver when I’m in my day to day driving, with or without a trailer. I started my test feeling that I was 100% ready, feeling calm and prepared. That’s not normal for me and it’s all down to the expert training and guidance from Noel. I got a better result than I wanted. Call Noel if you want to learn and succeed!

To say working working with Noel was the best experience I've had from a tutor, instructor is an understatement. Calm, cool patient, informative and above all a gentleman. From day one it was about me. People say you get out of something that you put into it. I completed my essential driving lessons with Noel and a number of pre-test lessons. Noel is incredible. He is kind and patient while also pointing out what you need to work on. He knows exactly what need you need to fix and gives you all the information and tools to fix it. Who knew something as simple as sitting on a cushion could make such a difference! Not only does he look out for his students but this morning on my pre test he caught a 91 year old lady who he knew well as she collapsed to the ground and called an ambulance. After all that he still finished the pre test brought be back to the centre, calmed my nerves and gave me some final last minute tips. I passed my test today because of Noel. He is an amazing driving instructor and an all round caring and genuine person I couldn’t recommend him enough.

I'm Binoy Sugatha i took my lessons for car test from a driving school in Greystone's, and then i attended the test two times but I couldn't clear the test. After my second time failure desired to find out some good driving school in Wicklow, and finally I found Noel's driving school, I was trying to connect with them, due to covid and they were so busy and with tight schedule, but after couple of day I got the call from Noel and he agreed with my request and then he gave me around 6+ classes. He was so supportive every step of the way and it's thanks to his ability to instruct in such a relaxed and easy manner that helps me to pass my test in first go with Noel. He obviously loves his job and gets as much from the 'pass' as the person doing the test. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending ND to anyone. Thanks Noel, very grateful for your experience.

Noel was absolutely excellent in helping me pass my driving test. I did not do my first 12 lessons with him and subsequently failed my first test miserably. I had learned a lot of bad habits from my previous instructor and thought that I'd never pass my test. Thankfully, Noel helped to make me a confident and competent driver. He was extremely personable and patient with me (even when I would get frustrated) which shows how much he really wants his students to succeed. He was also flexible with bookings to suit my time as I was working in Dublin. Without him I 100% wouldn't have passed my test and I couldn't recommend him enough.
