This company deserves 5 stars and more. I found them to be a very honest and down to earth company. First their surveyor came out and explained the ins and outs and the options available. There was no push on sales or trying to oversell any unnecessary extras. Dylan, their installer came out and did an excellent job - very need and tidy. As I intend to install PV roof panels in the future he modified the installation that would make the integration of PV panels easier. I would highly recommend this company on all fronts.

Fantastic service. Got great advice from the first survey- about other requirements like earth bonding pipes, etc, and installation was quick and clean. Was quoted for work that didn’t have to be done in the end, and price was reduced accordingly.

New the world of EV’s and this really professional and efficient company made having a home car charger installed easy. The free and quick home/site survey carried out with quote for work provided there and then put my mind at ease. At this survey they provided easy to understand information in order to apply for car charger grant and went through the available charging units etc. On the day of the installation Dylan and another man(sorry can’t remember the name) arrived exactly at the agreed time, got to work installing the charger, always observed social distance mask wearing etc, work carried out was quick, very neat and Dylan even helped with some of the papaer work for grant etc, he also went through the charger unit and showed me how to operate etc. Excellent service and highly recommend this company!

Have just completed a recent install in my underground car parking space at my apartment. The free survey gave confidence that the relatively involved install would go well. On day of install everything was done correctly and as promised. Charger itself is neatly installed with attention to detail and management company happy that its done properly with all regulations complied with. Comms from everyone at the company was always prompt and everything asked for and quoted for was delivered. Highly recommend, especially the fact that they have a long history of delivering general electrical contracting services. So they are not just a recent "car charging" pop-up company. If you hit a snag (I didn't) it would make all the difference.

I cannot recommend Electric Car Charger enough. We had our Zappi installed and the quality of the workmanship is second to none. I am extremely happy I went with these guys as everything was done very quickly and neatly, and the unit functioned perfectly from the beginning. Having heard stories about Zappis not being installed correctly by other electricians I am even more grateful I went with someone who knows exactly what they are doing. If you are looking for someone to install an EV charger, or other electrical works, then look no further.

Great service overall by Ian, Dylan and the team , from pre installation dealings right through to installation and post installation service.. This was the best quote all around. The installation team arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout with minimal interruption. The completed job was extremely tidy, they cleaned up after themselves and the charger itself looks neat and tidy. As I got the untethered option (without a cable) they were generous enough to leave the test charger with me until our new one arrives. They’ve also offered to collect it when the new one arrives. We have a Kona EV and Andrew and his team came recommended to us. Over the course of a day Andrew and his team did outstanding work. We needed a good bit of work done around earthing and getting cables to the front of the house to the fuse board and floor boards were taken up etc. All left back the way they were before and even mid installation we changed the charger type to one that suited us better.
