Brilliant! I bought a car with a cheap chinese android radio with an old software. While trying to figure out how to update the radio, they fixed the steering wheel volume control, researched online, and were able to improve the existing experience but we were unsuccessful finding a way to update the software. This was expected as I had researched and asked before. What was unexpected - No Charge! Great guy, Awesome work, I will take ANY and ALL of my automotive electrical items to them forever. Incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. I cannot recommend enough. In all my life I am not sure I had a more pleasant repair experience.

I rang Jeremy about a window that wasn't opening, He gave me a time to bring the car in, once he had diagnosed what was wrong, he rang me, told me how much it would cost to fix, and that if i wanted to go ahead with it he could do it straight away. I contacted Jeremy a few months back about a radio issue I was having. Basically I was loosing my stations/static noise appearing frequently like it was bad coverage but it was too often and in places that had good coverage normally. And it wasn't like that when I got the car. I had asked the Honda garage in Galway about looking at this for me - to which they said "it's something to do with the frequency band due to it being a UK car originally" which was a big load of porkies. Anyway, he took my car and was able to determine the source of the problem wasn't even the radio at all. It was a dash cam I had connected just underneath the shark fin antenna on the inside of the car. It was causing an interference with the radio signal. I could've took the car to a garage and probably go through a few hundred Euro in replacement parts and still not have it fixed. He charged me €30 for labour and that was it. Never would've imagined the dash cam as being the cause, but that's what experience gets you I suppose. Thanks again!

Deal with some of the best garages nationwide for work and AEC is amongst the best Auto places I've dealt with. Extremely easy to deal with and great work, went to 3 places before AEC and none could do it (broken horn).
