E. K.Our team at Ortus Managed IT & Cloud hosted our corporate away day at Ballintubbert Gardens and House recently and we cannot recommend the venue and facilities highly enough. From the location, venue, catering and overall range of options for breakouts rooms and bedrooms, this place really is second to none. Jackie the manager is that great mixture when you need help organising an event, thorough, professional and wonderful to deal with. We'll certainly be back.

C. S.Amazing venue, this was one of the best weddings I've been to! The grounds are so picturesque for everyone wearing their best. The meal was lovely and the setup at the fountain for the ceremony was just beautiful!!

Whilst the setting is lovely and the wedding food was nice.....
The accomodation is severely lacking.
The yurts are nice enough but the bell tents are ridiculous. A damp mattress on the floor is pretty much all you get. Not to mention all the dead bugs.
There was cute touches like a hot water bottle left in your bed, baskets with sleep masks and a drink and a snack. But the dead bugs IN the pillowcase and around the tent were not welcome. No power either. 1battery operated lightbulb, and a supplied torch..... I am obviously very aware it's "glamping" but the tents could do with more cleaning and better facilities given the venue's use. The breakfast wasn't nice either. At 120e a night it's not worth it. But as they are in the middle of nowhere they can charge what they like.....
This was also reflected after the meal had finished and all of the bar prices went up!
Had a lovely time at the wedding and plenty of fond memories but that is down to the company and not the let downs of the venue.

I’m in Sydney, and couldn’t make it home for my friends wedding. Needless to say, I left things quite late but I wanted to let them know I was thinking of them, but in a subtle, classy way.
This is where Emily came in...I send through an email, within a couple of hours(bearing in mind the time difference) I had a response looking for my contact details. Emily and I quickly got in touch, and with no fuss at all, only enthusiasm - champagne, flowers and card were arranged, prepared, bought, dressed and delivered to the bridal suite on the morning of the wedding, as the bridal crew were getting ready - perfect!
Amazingly nice person to deal with, fantastic customer service & made a special day for my friends an even better day, whilst I came out looking like a good pal too!

P. K.More of a wedding venue than a garden. It used to be a wonderful garden and really different spaces, probably 41 of them. However, there is only one gardener in the place. The amount would be more sufficient if a brigade of green workers came to do the basic renovation first. Now too much decadent romance. A more interesting attraction as a local wedding venue than as a garden.
