I found the website to be very helpful. The analysis provided on cost breakdown is very easy to understand. The site doesn’t provide information on the customer satisfaction ratings for the various companies it lists, but these can always be found on Trust Pilot and on the CRU website (Commission for Regulation of Utilities).
I found the staff to be very helpful and approachable and my questions were answered promptly with great advice and direction provided.

Had a really lovely experience today with a staff member called Saoirse, I had just got off the phone with my current energy supplier & wasnt very happy, I googled bonkers.ie but was unsure about a certain aspect, so I called instead and speaking with Saoirse cheered me up, so helpful and did everything on line over the phone for me and got me a better deal on both my gas & electricity, and even listened to my rant 🙈🤣 without ever interrupting me, very pleasant member of staff and extremely helpful.
