Edit: the team willing to work with me on the price, once the scope of work changed, which speaks volumes to their professionalism, and from one small business owner to another, made a big difference when my own business encountered a setback. I had originally written that they do an excellent job with their services (their offering was quick, entirely online, and comprehensive) but wasn't happy with accounting prices once I found I had to shut down my business without any taxable activity.
