From the US I risked ordering flowers online for Valentine's Day for delivery in The Liberties area. If you've ever ordered flowers online in the states before you know how that can turn out. Needless to say, I couldn't have been more pleased! The concierge that received the delivery shared with my recipient that they were the most beautiful flowers she had seen ALL DAY and my recipient was thrilled. It's now almost a week later and the flowers are as beautiful as they day they were received. My recipient even shares how magnificent they smell. Thank you Adonis for the phenomenal service and care!

Located on Dublin's Patrick street Adonis is a wee walk from the city hubbub, but a what a nice stroll it is past Christchurch. Although small the shop is a treasure trove not only of fresh flowers but also of gifts and goodies . The staff have a great passion for what they do and there is always something to fit most budgets. Whether you're looking for a bunch or a massive event Adonis is likely the place for you.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the 2 guys in Adonis Flower Designers on Saturday the 4th of September, they prepared the most incredible bouquet of wild flowers with very little notice for a very special occasion. I was in awe of the bouquet-a work of art, more importantly the special lady whom they were for, was even more in awe and described them as 'the most beautiful bouquet of flowers that she has ever been given'. Excellent experience even before I walked into the shop, Adonis has a distinct magic that you can see as soon as you look in its big windows. I decided to go in for a look around to see if I could pick up something new for my garden. After entering the shop I felt instantly welcomed by the staff and the cosy environment they have created. What I found after a quick look around was a very interesting array of house plants and fresh flowers. I must admit I felt a little out of my depth so i asked the staff, they were all very friendly and took the time to take my needs into consideration. I ended up with a few new succulents, a big beautiful glass vase and a candle all in time for mothers day. My experience in Adonis was definitely a special one, you spend most of your time trying to get what you want, i find, in most florists but it was almost as if the staff at Adonis knew what I wanted before I arrived.
