I was on a bus tour with Cronins Bus, and we only had 20 minutes to soak in the atmosphere. It was extremely wet at the time and we weren't able to visit any place as our time was short, so I would love to visit here again for longer. Lots of history in this area.

Great little market in the square on a Friday. On a fine day it has stalls with take away food, fresh bread, olives, cheeses, fresh fish, fruit and veg, clothes, plants, books, bric a bracelet, plants, pet stuff, essential oils, jewellery, crafts and West Cork garlic. On a wet wintry day there are fewer.

Love the Market in Bantry Town Square on Friday. Good quality stalls, selling everything from clothes, fruit & Veg, toys, work utensils, plants, etc. The atmosphere is wonderful and the stall holders welcoming.

There is a market on Fridays, it has a lot of stalls with a variety of goods on offer, the only negative is the lack of parking spaces, the square itself has lots of seating and a water fountain, with lovely views of bantry bay

Visit on a Friday, vibrant market every week wide selection of stalls from livestock and local produce to handmade jewellery, tools leather handbags etc. Also wide selection of food stalls .

Had a lovely time, nice amount of activity going on, got food in Teasey's which is newly opened and it was delicious. visited Forest & Flock, where we got hot chocolate, rocky road and a brownie so tasty...all in all very pleasant experience.
