This place has the potential to be great. It has gone in a relatively short time from basically an unused warehouse to now perhaps one of the nicest places to peruse and grab a coffee on the way down to Pair Uí Caoimh. At the moment its got quite a few food outlets , offering a diverse range of foods. I always get the feeling that this place is going to keep improving and offering more interesting food outlets. At Christmas, many non food related stalls joined the market. It felt like they offered a balance to the market being solely a food hall. They've now all moved on and the market feels somewhat 'dead. I'll be looking forward to seeing how this place evolves.

Nice atmosphere and very good food from around the world. Nice place to have a coffee or just chill safely.
D. B.
Fantastic new space in Cork. Plenty of seating outdoors for these Covid times. There is a huge selection of stalls here with arts and crafts and most types of cuisine you could wish to try. So much I wanted to taste so I will be adding it to my weekend lunch options for a while yet. Definitely recommended.
N. D.
Nice płace for family , time to drink coffee, hot chocolate and you can find food wherever you want!!
F. L.
We went to the Marina market today it’s great place for family and friends lots of variety food stalls
Sultan falafels are the best fresh and tasty! Staff is super friendly and make sure you have a great time. The fresh salads and the Hummus are my favourites here.
R. G.
Lots of different food trucks and other food stalls. Everything under the roof with a nice sitting area. I would highly recommend this place after a walk in the park nearby.
E. K.
It's a very trendy place. Seems to me The Place to be for street food and hang out and even with small children. Parking is at the back so don't drive to the entrance. Drive along the Quay till the end and the parking is at the back entrance.
m. b.
Lovely place to spend nice time outside. Great food lovely pizza kebabs coffee and other food like falafel, vegan food, burgers. Car park from river side. There is some grass so you can seat and enjoy your food or coffee.
C. T.
Fantastic new addition to Cork. Great outdoor space and fantastic selection of street food stalls and locally made products. Poulez-Vous chicken was particularly good for a bite to eat. Highly recommend.
J. G.
A vibrant hang out spot packed with markets especially around the holidays. There is decent variety of food, craft shops, and stalls of the sort. Great coffee choices at the stand outside too.
This place also serves as a great starting point for cycling the greenway that goes to Blackrock and onwards to Monkstown and Crosshaven.
D. O.
Would give more stars if i could. A great experience. Fabulous food freshly prepared and great range of craft stalls as well. Plenty parking and altogether a great Christmas experience!
S. M.
A superb market close to Cork City and the Marina / Blackrock Greenway amenity. Easy to get to by bike, on foot or by bus stops nearby. Loads of stalls, crafts, food and drink. Highly recommended.
D. Z.
Very nice and typical market!
Delicious food and huge choice of it.
lovely atmosphere!
Highly recommend
J. L.
The market seems to have become more about food than crafts.
When we visited on Sunday morning there was a great selection of eateries to choose from. The place was very buzzy and yet people were to an extent maintaining social distance.
I recommend as a nice place to meet for a bite and a catch up.
K. P.
Good food, good atmosphere, worth the trip.
B. C.
Well the parking attended was just brilliant, funny and charming. Wallin to lovely food stalls and santa experience was a joy. Very well layed out
R. O. D.
Great place, had food and coffee there twice on a visit home. More markets and food stalls would be great but what’s there already is fantastic. Indoor and outdoor seating Available. Very helpful staff on the trucks. Loved it.
b. c.
Essentially an indoor coffee centre with a number of food stands, all created out of Covid, a bit glum indoors and they allow dogs which is a no-no for me. Staff indifferent.
G. P.
Tons of different cuisines and plenty of space to seat - Tables or on the grass. If I lived in Cork, I’d go there every week!
D. O. B.
From coffee to pizza, to pin badges and sportswear, the Marina Market is a niche joy to wander through. Located along the Centre Park Road and the Cork Docks, this market is a 10 minute walk from Cork City Hall and is hosts to a variety of stalls and food vendors. Covered from the rain one can walk through with their dog (on a lead of course), and find a place to seat and enjoy good food. Portable toilets are available on site for all.
H. C.
This is a great place for adults and children alike ,reminded me of a smaller version of Camden, bought a few Christmas baubles made from rice paper beautiful colours ,and there's a stall.that sells football shirts from all club great find plenty of food stalls worth a visit
L. O.
Went here after hearing good reviews but the boom boom music was way to loud so we did not enjoy our visit. There were queues for every place. We had a lovely sandwiche from one of the stalls but had to wait almost 20 mins for it.
K. S.
Theres about any type of food you can imagine and stuff I never even heard off. So far all worth trying. What I don't get is though why almost all stalls are slow. Pizza of course takes a while. They give you a tracker so you know when you can pick it up. But queuing 20mins for a kids sausage? Tip: try the ones without a queue, worth it!
M. S.
It's cool that they have a lot of vendors available and they have a really good cleaning protocol in place. It's good to see that they are trying to develop the space a bit to attract more crowd but the only problem is there are no washrooms available in place.
I. S.
Finally something new to do in Cork.
The Marina market is an old factory transformed in lovely food court.
There are both inside and outside option with tables and shops.
The variety is amazing and you have a couple of small carft shops as well.
The Marina market is often involved in events such as the jazz festival so very often something is organised there.
Very recommended
g. b.
Great place for food and coffee. Especially at Christmas
P. C.
A cullinary delight!!
Such an amazing variety of vendors of world cuisine all under 1 roof!
M. O. B.
Great place to take the kids and loads of food stalls ,lots to see and walk around loads of space
D. L.
I LOVE the Marina Market! It’s such a vibe there always. Great food choices, and big enough to shelter the entire population of Cork from the rain. Love coming here for breakfast on the weekends. I recommend visiting Crunchy Hut for the best oats and cereal you’ll ever taste.
A. D.
Great place. All of the food stalls are not filled yet, but there were still plenty of options in a really big, open space. Loved it.
S. O.
Loved the place.got great drinking chocolate there Lots of interesting little stalls there
L. M.
Today I went to marina Market
I really enjoyed the atmosphere ☺ there's a lot going on had a really liked the experience 😊
We will be back thanks 😊
m. h.
Great indoor food stalls,b Great for a live music gig, or watching football on a big screen also n the summer
A. B.
Great venue for food, coffee and crafts, some yoga classes also taking place there.
Our rowing club also recently used it as a meeting venue and aside from a little background noise it was great for that too.
T. S.
The place is amazing. With a darker ambiance and graffiti on the wall the whole place is an experience per se. Many food options to choose. Great place for a Saturday lunch.
D. O. L.
The market was buzzing today and really enjoyed our lunch with great choices in what to eat and lovely stalls selling all sorts of everything...well worth a visit.
A. B.
This place is exactly what Cork was missing. It's a vibrant and diverse incubator for fresh and interesting ideas that don't fit anywhere else in Cork. There is a variety of amazing food from steaks cooked on a parrilla, to sushi, to rotisserie chicken and freshly made to order donuts. The ambience is very modern and urban, reminds one a little of Christiania or the hipper parts of Berlin.
f. m.
First time here great selection of food just bring a jacket cold enough
Toilets are spotless
T. F.
Wel worth a visit. Plenty of different food stalls to suit everyone. Also plenty of craft stalls. Nice and cosy indoor Market.
F. S.
Always a good place to eat. And getting more options everyday.
I just don't like the unnecessary noise - I mean the electronic music too loud.
D. T.
Exactly the sort of thing that Cork needed.
Could do with some bike racks as there are families cycling down the protected cycle lane to visit the market. Great variety of stalls and food places. Most food places are 12 onwards.
A. D.
A nice area to rejuvenate the quays, a lot buildings are in disarray adjacent to the Marina Market. The Marina Market is in one of the former Ford's buildings. Was there today because of Cork Pride, lots of people around. Good idea for the benches to eat outside. Parking is not amazing, but you could walk from the city.
D. A.
Love this.! Everything is amazing in there, food drin is top notch and it looks amazing!
E. B.
Great place great atmosphere. It could do with a little more comfort
O. F.
Great idea and use of space. Nice places to eat and good atmosphere. Dublin needs something like this!
S. K.
Beware using Sat Navs to drive to it as they take you down centre park road which only has a pedestrian entrance, to drive to the market start where the Sextant used to be/Carey tool hire is and drive along the Quay to the end and the car park will be on your right. Once inside there is a secondary car park going out the right hand side of the main car park. You can walk or use the cycle lane out centre park road. Public transport is the 212 bus in the Jacobs Island direction. The toilets are out the front door and turn left around the side of the building
K. W.
Love to go here for a bite to eat, if near the city but don't want to go into the city. Plentiful parking. Loads of choice, sweet and savoury.
S. L.
Such a great initiative for Cork. Lovely atmosphere and great selection of suppliers. Well done to all involved.
K. O. C.
Great amenity during Covid, hope they develop it a bit further in the coming years. Has potential to be a great venue. Some nice stalls set up in there. Food, coffee, treats, all sheltered in an old warehouse.
N. S. (. N.
Excellent. Great selection of foods so nice not wander through and see what smells take your fancy. Good bit of seating outside now which is lovely. Bit of green area for the kids to run around too. Really nice atmosphere. Amazing that it has taken so long to come to Cork. Very clean.....chap going around for the 2hrs I was there cleaning non stop. Lots of rubbish bins. Definitely recommend
M. B.
Great selection of food places and good atmosphere.
B. S.
Met some of my family here on Saturday. Lovely place for meeting for a coffee or food. Fish and chips looked amazing but will have them next time. Lovely seating areas. Would highly recommend.
P. T.
It was good, well organised
I was there for quite while after attending my covid vaccine Appointment recently.
Very well managed, planned. It is close to the marina, stadium. Have good walkway near canal/sea.
No queues at all, despite lot of people visiting there continuously
Lot of new restaurants, cafes
Support small businesses if you happen to go there or around. They need your help.
D. B.
Great space for food and gathering during the lockdown. Enough space for everyone who wnats to keep 2m distance and have nice food.
E. O.
What a tremendous addition to eating in cork, such a range of food and all of exceptional quality
S. M.
This market has been a great addition to the area especially on rainy days nice variety of stalls worth while to check it out
B. W.
Nice selection of food stands, big open area. Definitely worth a visit if in the area , we bit expensive but that’s what you expect at this kind of place

R. C.
Finally made it to the Marina Market today after a long time wanting to go. Ideal location at the min for anyone getting their vaccinations in the Páirc.
We arrived around 3ish I think, so only some of the food/coffee stalls were open. I'm not sure if the others were closed due to the time of day, or maybe due to it being a Monday. Either way, there was still a nice selection today. We're going to try most of them over the next few months.
Today we started our Marina Market tastes with the delicious Hansum (I think that's how it's spelt) a rotisserie chicken place. You can get a full/half chicken, chicken ciabitta, and potato wedges.
We each got a ciabitta and shared a portion of wedges. They accepted card thankfully as we forgot to bring any cash 😂 food was delicious and really filling.
Next time I'm hoping to try PoullteVous, no idea if that one is spelt right but you'll know it when you see it. Amazing looking chicken tender type food, and fries.
FACILITIES for parents or those who may need to use a toilet. The toilet facilities consists of 4/5 portaloos, not sure if there is anything extra nearby. The one I used was in good condition, no horrible smell or spills etc, there was toilet paper and sanitizer as you would expect.
I don't know if there was anything "extra" if you wanted to change a diaper, or if you needed to feed baby etc. Might not be ideal if you don't have the car with you and have a very small LO in tow. Our LO was fine with some of our food (some of the potato from the wedges, and plain chicken) and didn't need a change.
Plenty of benches to sit down at, inside and out. Suitable for all weather as its kind of indoors, but ventilated enough that they can allow ppl to sit indoors.
Absolutely will return. Lovely addition to the city 👌
M. L.
A fabulous food market. Lots of different food stalls. I had a chicken stir fry from Young Plant Superfoods and it was absolutely delicious. €11 for a really good quality, healthy, tasty meal. I will definitely return again and again.
P. D.
A good "fun-fair" market with plenty of fast foods and stands of all types: imitation jewelry/bijou, Tibetan stand, sports accessories, silver jewelry, etc. Visiting is highly recommended.
A. O.
I have been there a few times at the Marina Market.Phenomenonal falafel you can get there .Sultan stuffed vine leaves are some of the nicest I've had. They have vegan options. I love it . And I recommend 👌
M. O.
Dog friendly. Good food stalls.
Love seeing the Cork Greyhounds group.
L. L.
Nice place, not many stalls though. We tried the young plant and it was delicious. Quite busy if weather ti's nice, you can eat inside, standing, and there are some green areas around to seat. A lot of parking on the back. Will definitely try again.
T. M.
The music choice is harassing and loud. Does not make the experience more enjoyable
T. B.
Plenty of choice of Food Stalls , Free Parking next to Market via Docks , seating outside and inside , plenty of room to move around with current Covid restrictions in place , would recommend a visit.
E. D.
Gorgeous place to get amazing food of all varieties
N. P.
Great place to visit. Great idea and it could do with being implemented in other locations around cork and the country.
Would love to see more options for Coeliac's from the good vendors in the future if possible.
Would definately go back.
K. N.
Good variety in outlets, plenty of seating..great option over city centre
J. O.
Excellent facility, especially on a sunny day. Lots of interesting stalls and tasty coffee to be had

Good market with a large variety of foods. A bunch of the stalls take only cash so you have to keep that in mind.
Great place for good though. Place a nice view to sit at when you're eating too, yep yep.
V. R.
Lovely food craft stalls, well worth a visit.

J. W.
Hopefully it will have more stalls in there soon as Covid restrictions ease.. Its mostly food stalls and just a couple of other stalls at the moment. A great venue though.. I hope its grows as time goes on. It could be like Camden Market in London
I.

M. C.
A buzzing location with loads of food options to satisfy your appetite, but wrap up well as it can be chilly.
T. B.

Something different in Cork😁
Great to catch a quick bite or grab a coffee with friends.
Definitely something to check out.
F. M.
Food options are great, lovely place for family and dog friendly
V. M.
It's got huge potential, disappointed on Friday lunchtime that there weren't more places open. Some lovely jewelry and clothing stands. Your usual Farmers Market food stands, some stands, like the coffee place were outrageously overpriced. Queuing in some places was over 10-15 mins. Delighted that it's one of the few places in Cork that are dog friendly, but no stands where you could buy them something open. There is a free carpark BUT lots of cars parked on the nearby quay had been clamped so please be aware of this, apparently, it happens a lot.
E. O.
Still only setting the place up really, but what was there was good. Will be very nice when full of stalls.Loved the carnival lights
V. M.
Fabulous food stalls. Lovely stalls and lots to choose from. First jewellery stall on the way in had fabulous necklaces, earrings and bracelets at very affordable and realistic prices. Other jewellery stalls a bit overpriced. Well worth a visit for kids and kids at heart.

A. B.
Such a great addition to the city. Dog friendly too. A bit of warning that some of the stalls close at 6 would be helpful, disappointed kids are zero craic.
A. M.
Incredible set up and plenty of Irish entrepreneurial spirit. Hope to see more of these in the future around Cork.
R. B.
A new cork landmark? If the quality and quirk is upheld throughout the year than yes! A must visit😃
a. b.
The sausage hut was brilliant food fantastic and priced good
A. w.

b. m.
Good mix of craft and food stalls protected from the weather, indoors in a former industrial unit just off Centre Park road. Christmas feel with live background music. Worth a visit.
S. C.
First time seeing new lay out. Fix the road outside just in from the quay and potential can be massive
J. M.
Salute to you Tom Coughlan, great innovation. Badly needed in ideal location with plenty of parking. Plenty to choose from with great variety. Fact indoors great for family day or afternoon out. Lots of space for proper social distance. Highly recommend.
