It's always a tough time for people choosing items that will be in their household for a long time. Peter and their staff go over and above to help you justify you selected item. Also, if the item isn't in stock or not up to your satisfaction, they will rectify this too. I must say my experience down at the shop was stress free and I didn't feel pushed to buy item either. Businesses like this now days are hard come by
