We bought a sofa here. We ran into a problem but to be fair it was resolved to our satisfaction. The only real downside is the length of time it takes to deliver but obviously there are challenges right now across the board.

My partner and I bought a very nice Verona couch. Personalized the colours we wanted and are now very happy with the results. Jake and his team are nice and easy to work with. Jake provided great advice on the size and warned us in advance to make sure we will be able to fit it into the apartment. Very flexible when it comes to picking the couch up, if you do not opt for delivery. It takes 4 to 5 weeks once you order but it is definitely worth the wait. Would recommend for sure.

From the minute we went to the store to when we received our fab "rosy xl" corner sofa the service has been second to none! Eliza helped us in store and really explained all our options and was just so helpful and kind. The quality of the sofa is excellent, we just love it!! We were told delivery would be 4-6 weeks and we got a phone call 5 weeks in from Jake and it was delivered the following day. Bought my son’s bunk bed from Jake almost 5 years ago and I am still to this day completely delighted with the purchase. We had to dissemble it for a house move but it went back together as well as it did when it was first installed. The quality speaks for itself and the bunk bed always gets compliments. If you are considering purchasing a bunk bed from Jake at furniture-city, I would highly recommend the installation service and the company.
