Excellent personalised service. I'd highly recommend for anybody who wants anything barbecue or outdoor cooking related. They know what they're talking about and it really shows. They also offer a very good range of products from reliable brands. The only downside is that there's no simple way to drop by without lightening your wallet a little!

I ordered some BBQ equipment last Monday at 4.11 pm through the Room Outside website. I had made a mistake with the order I thought I needed and received a phone call from a lady named Caroline for clarification within 10 minutes of placing the order. The advice given was that my two items would not work efficiently with each other and a different product would suit better at no extra cost. The items arrived into my office in Dublin from Limerick by courier the following morning at 9.20 a.m. along with a bonus of a recipe suggested by Caroline after our phone conversation. I was really impressed with the efficiency, friendliness and knowledge of the team here and will most certainly use this great business again. John Molloy
