They have good collection of beds and sofas. Staff are very courteous and provided the relevant information. Would love to visit again.

The furniture business can be a tough trade to be in, it's retail but not as we know it. Most people furniture shop every few years as opposed to weekly grocery or fairly frequently clothing. The reason I start of with this statement is to cut some slack to furniture store owners. Most do not make their own furniture and are working with many different suppliers to fulfill orders placed by customers. Im not entirely certain that we the customer understand this. Keith the owner of this business seems to be a very hardworking man and looks to be doing his level best to trading in a market that is saturated by bigger furniture stores that have more advanced websites or quicker turnaround times because they can create much bigger orders with suppliers. Do I think Keith's business and customer service can improve? Absolutely I do, but, let me tell you one thing when you stand with Keith and trash out any problem you may have with Hanley Furniture during your journey with them he will go to the ends of the earth to help you. I think we should all make the effort to shop Irish and try make our own retailers flourish. Communication is very important as a potential customer. Always under promise and over deliver. But communication as a paying customer is non negotiable. I'm sure Keith is working extremely hard to improve this area in his business. I purchased a bed, mattress and headboard from Hanley's furniture, I am very happy with the quality, the guys that delivered it done an impressive job assembling and installing the bed. We did have some hiccups between initial purchase through to delivery but as I said, as soon as I got a hold of Keith everything was fine. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future. I would recommend these to anyone but I guess just have a bit of understanding on what potential delays can happen in this industry. Thanks again guys Mark

We got a triple bunkbed from Hanleys & while it took a little longer than originally planned to arrive because of COVID-19 it was worth the wait. We are delighted with it. Also we took the delivery & assembly option & the guys were very friendly & efficient. I would definitely recommend :-)

Purchased a sofa from the fama collection in here, it was a little more then I wanted to spend but the quality is amazing. Staff are well informed, and the product arrived in on time. Sometimes it pays to spend that little bit more to get a good service.

I was finding it terribly difficult to find the right sofa for my home. My daughter is autistic and has issues with certain fabrics and how they feel. As yiu can imagine it takes a lot of time and patience to pick a sofa and bringung my daughter into stores with bright lights can be very difficult. I saw hanleys as I went in for a coffee one day and I went to store and spoke to a chap called Gerard. He was so nice 100% understood my situation. He recommended I come back mid day when the sunlight is at its brightest and the lights in store won't affect my daughter as much. Sounded perfect. When i went back the hospitality and understanding I received from himself and the entire team not just to myself but my daughter was overwhelming. 3 hours of testing materials against her hands and so on but we finally picked one. In this day and age for a retailer to take that much time for someone just shows how much they appreciate their customers. Thank you so much Gerard. I'll see you soon for a kitchen table.

Brother was moving house and had to get everything for living room and kitchen and got a proper bargain staff were really helpfull and dilivery was on time with no fuss. Would recomend.
