b. b. n. h.Amazing! Staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for me. They gave great advice regarding buses and what to do in the area. They were there to help and do everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The food was tasty and served professionally and friendly. The rooms were clean and bed very comfortable, but beds not made or towels replaced if you are not staying more than 2 nights. Cleaners so friendly and will provide towels etc if required. I will definitely return.
M. J.Restaurant staff very slow, even though it was quiet, never got sauces we asked for. At the check in we were told we have 1hr of swimming pool use but it turned out it was actually 50min, maybe it's just 10min difference but I think hotel should be transparent in its rules. We had room for 4 (2adults 2kids) hot just 2 bath towels.
E. O. D.Great place to stay within budget. Lovely family rooms. Fab pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The pool is 1.4m deep so if kids are small they would need armbands or something like that. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Great views to Dublin mountains.

C. G.We had a lovely stay here. We stayed for 3 nights mid week. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. We understood there was a new ordering system for the restaurant and we didn't mind that occasionally there was a wait for orders - it was worth it. The food was excellent - very well prepared and presented, and generous portions. It really was delicious. Our room was very nice and overall the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. We would gladly stay here again.
A. D. M.Rooms comfortable and have everything you need but could maybe do with an update. Food very good for both breakfast and dinner, we didn’t mind the long wait when the food was so good. Service lacking at breakfast on Saturday morning - dirty tables, nobody to show us where to go. Service also slow in the bar/lounge - nobody seems to take ownership of a section, just wandering around. Pool very good, numbers kept to a minimum which was great. Overall an enjoyable stay.

S.Stayed for 1 night staff lovely friendly staff and very nice hotel can't fault it. We had food in the hotel bar steak and chips lovely also. Breakfast next morning was nice too it wasn't included in the room price but only €11 for a full Irish. The pool was totally booked out when we arrived on Saturday 4pm and they had no more slots until Sunday afternoon but we had booked out at 12 was disappointed with that but everything else was good would definitely go back

T. L.Not a bad hotel, the rooms are dated and the menu is limited but that's due to covid. The staff are good and friendly but if I had to point out the negatives it would be the shower./ hot water. It works after 6pm upto the morning then is switched off or at least that's what the chap on reception told me when I tried to shower at 6pm and it was cold. The parking is good and there are shops nearby and a beach and cove. The hotel would normally have live entertainment but again due to covid this isn't on. The hotel over all is good with good facilities like a gym although I haven't been in due to it being closed. I stayed for 3 nights and wouldn't mind if I had to stay for more as the rooms are a good size and the limited menu is good and varied enough to not get too bored, unlike this review. The restaurant closes at 8pm but again that's a covid thing and with the hotel being virtually empty can't blame them, at least food is on and that's a blessing when your a key worker away from home. D. M.Understaffed and the staff that was there was visibly burnt out. Waited 40 mins for our first drink , breakfast was complete disaster service wise again due to being understaffed (covid a big factor id say). Rooms little dated but fresh and clean.
The lounge staff deserve their weight in gold.

H. O.The staff members I met were lovely. The room wasn't the cleanest, some food was left in one of the drawers from previous occupants (pot noodle and burger buns) and the room was stuffy. I booked in because I had to travel for college, as soon as I made the booking I received a very abrupt phone call questioning the reason for my stay, insisting on proof for my reason for travelling and insisting I should cancel my stay if I'm not willing to share this information, apparently they had to cover all bases because I was staying on a Friday night. All in all, I don't think I'll stay again unless I'm completely out of options

C.Just had a carvery takeaway Sunday roast which we ordered consisting of whole roast chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, 3 types veg, mash & gravy, and Wow, it was amazing, food piping hot, and portions were huge, we could've fed 6 adults comfortably. Cannot fault any of the staff, at reception they were very welcoming and helpful, waitress's in the dining room couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast was excellent every day, bar staff were very helpful and obliging and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was first class, it filled all our needs and the cleaners done a brilliant job every day. Could not have wished to stay at a better hotel, so a really big thank you to all that was involved in our stay. Thank you so much

D. D.Liked it a lot. Pool was Crystal clear with none of the excessive chlorine treatment which is so obvious in other pools. Steak in restaurant was good with truly magnificent sauce. Breakfast good with reasonably good variety. Room clean and spacious. Beds were acceptably comfortable but could have been better. Staff friendly and helpful. Good car parking and nice green surroundings. Been there before and will do so again. Reasonable value for money.
f.Oh I remember the victor.... I use to go up here in the early 90s when it was a sports bar.... the place was rocking. Sadly now as drinking culture has changed and folks have skysports at home... phones with apps that have all the gadgets to get in sports matches live from the arse end of nowhere we are left basically with a residence pub.
On my visit the food was absolutely fantastic. Had the steak... it was sent out as medium when I asked for medium rare but the meat was that good it tasted lovely. The place was empty. The focus looks like it's mainly on the gym and hotel... if you want atmosphere you wont get it. If you want a good pint and a good meal. You are in for a treat

The children loved the swimming pool but I found that rubbish lying around on Saturday evening was still there on Sunday morning, both around the pool and in the changing room. The beds were very comfortable but we would have preferred two pillows per person instead of one. Thank you.

M. K.Hotel has plenty of free underground parking spots. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff. Room Interior is to an average standard, clean and tidy. Could have more Sockets. Had no hot water in the evening on two days a week. TV has HDMI ports blocked, so not possible to connect external devices. Breakfast not worth it for me. Had to wait 20 Minutes for my cooked breakfast to arrive, sometimes no cups at the coffee machine, no milk and orange juice refilled, cold breakfast items are average quality. Hotel is located in a quiet area with a Petrol Station directly opposite. Check-out was fast and bill was correct. At no point I was asked if this stay was to my satisfaction.
I would still rate it 4 out of 5 seeing that this is a 3 Star Hotel.
A. Z.Fantastic hotel. Nice service. Delicious Irish breakfasts. Smiling and helpful waitresses especially Debi and Dorota. In rooms clean. The hotel has a spa zone (swimming pool, sauna, etc.). The hotel is super located on the hotel buses, thanks to which it is easy to reach the center. The leap card card can be bought on a nearby gas station. The hotel is worth recommending
J.This hotel is second to none. The staff are simply wonderful, without exception! I would highly recommend this great place for family's or a weekend away for parents or girlie weekends away. It caters for everyone. It has a fully equipped gym and a lovely pool and spa. It really feels like home as soon as you check in. And once again, I can't say enough kind words about the amazing staff, they go above and beyond for everyone. I give this place a well deserved 5 stars!

The bed is hard, a strange feeling like there is soft cardboard under the bed sheets. Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of firm beds.
Restaurant staff were busy mostly happy and friendly. I don't think many people say please and thank you. As they they smiled at me from my courteousness.
The starter of chilli and garlic prawns with salad was good.
The main meal was ok. The batter on the fish was soft.
Would I stay here again probably.

R. B.From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was happy to be staying in this hotel. The staff were very attentive, the room was both clean and tidy. The bed, well the bed was one of the best beds that I have slept in in any hotel. I did not make use of the spa facilities but I have no doubt that they are excellent as well. A great night, oh and the food is excellent as well.

D. B.Very nice place on the out skirt's of Dublin. It's on the bus line so getting into town is easy. The people are very nice and accommodating. The pool, Whirlpool, sauna (wet& dry) are awesome. Especially in the chilly climate.

Wi-Fi service is good. Tv allows for chromecast or USB. Showers are powerful.

a. o.The rochedtownvlodge hotel is the nicest budget hotel I've ever stayed in. To be honest I didn't expect too much for my money as it is so reasonable, but wow, the rooms are beautifully furnished and clean as a whistle, thanks to the house keeping staff who are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, everything from full irish to pastries etc. Amazing staff in breakfast room, the bar...I can tell great pride is taken by the two brothers who run the bar to make sure a great evening is had by all, the menu is wonderful and live music fantastic, I would give this hotel 10/10 can't wait to stay again.

D.this place is outstanding when my dad was in rehabilitation few years back they discounted our stay so it was affordable to be there for my dad most days and he wasn't alone i went to Dublin for my gender scan and visited here on the way back to celebrate with a nice meal and it didn't disappoint very nice food and very nice staff.

P. S.When I got to the room the toilet has not been cleaned. There was the sound of compressors running - not great when you are trying to sleep. There is no security here. When I arrived back at the hotel at 3am the front doors were unlocked with no one on reception.

M. S.My Friend and my visited Dublin for a Weekend shorttrip. Wie booked this hotel (outside the city centre) because of its spa (pool and sauna) area. But it was NO "Wellness" there. We where very sad ab out this...because that was the reason for Booking it.
-no chairs (to lay down after the sauna)
-no ropes
-not very clean (people sit inside the Sauna without a towel and weit bath dress)...dirty seats.
-pool...is OK...
At all.....I m a Person who has not high expections....but is was something between -better than nothing and nothing....
