I joined Tailor-made at the start of October 21, it was my son who was keen and I also needed to improve my fitness. From the first introduction you were made feel very welcome and although it was a struggle at first fitness wise we were encouraged and supported through those first weeks. Sessions are tailored for a group but if you as an individual want to do more in that session it's always encouraged and you have a fitness instructor there to help. Each instructor is very knowledgeable and also great craic it makes the sessions more enjoyable with a bit of banter. 12 weeks in and am loving every session. My son has come on leaps and bounds, even with an injury they tailored his sessions around that so he could focus and improve other areas until he was able to fully train again. The time slots suit everyone and with such mixed ages and abilities everybody is welcome. Thanks so much lads and see you in the gym soon.

I only joined Tailormade at the beginning of October 2021 but I'm really enjoying it. I think what is unique about Tailormade is the staff! They make each class different and very enjoyable. The staff are so welcoming and it really doesn't matter what your age or ability is, you will get such a warm welcome! If you are considering joining a gym, I would highly recommend Tailormade, you definitely won't regret it!

My experience with Tailormade Fitness has been and continues to be perfect. From the owners to the trainers, they are the nicest, motivating and knowledgeable staff in the business today. You are always trained to have proper technique, (so you avoid injury,) and pushed to your limit in the best possible way during workouts. The workouts are kept fresh and creative at all times. For me, the small group training literally feels like a 1-1 personal training session. The community they have built at Tailormade is incredible. This is a fantastic, clean, value for money gym and I always look forward to walking through the door and always feel amazing when I leave.

I joined Tailormade a couple of years ago and I am so glad I did. I can honestly say it’s the only gym I’ve ever really stuck with consistently and I always look forward to going in to train so that must be a good sign! The coaches are brilliant - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and they always make the small group training fun while also providing excellent coaching. I would highly recommend Tailormade regardless of your age, experience or ability - it’s not like other gyms, there’s a place for everyone and you will feel welcome the minute you walk through the door.

I have been training with Tailormade for over a year now. I love the structure of the classes and how someone is always watching to make sure you are doing the exercises right. They have a great mixture of workouts between weights, HIIT and spinning. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. They cater for all ages and abilities and adapt the class to suit everyone. There is a lovely atmosphere in the gym and the instructors help everyone to feel at ease. 💯

I was there for a short but this place as everything you need ans the staff is perfect. Crossfit, conditioning or just classes they will help you and look after you to achieve your goal. I first went to this gym for physio. This session, along with the stretches, has practically eliminated my mobility issues. I am pain free and able to enjoy running again. After this, I joined the gym. The free consultation allowed me to set a goal for my fitness. I am so impressed with the classes, the coaches and the positive atmosphere. The lads are all so friendly and approachable. I used to find gyms an intimidating space, but the small groups and the quality banter makes it fun to attend. I love how the coaches adapt the exercises to allow everyone to participate. They're incredibly motivating and keep pushing you to achieve your goals. The strength training and conditioning classes are excellent. I would highly recommend this place!

As the one sport I enjoy is social and country dancing and this is something I've not had the opportunity to do since march 2020 cause of lockdown so after lockdown I joined Tailormade bout 12 weeks ago not sure what to expect but i have to say I've made my first target this week which I had planned myself to attain I see the improvements both mentally and physically as busy mum of four . . Joining this community is the best thing I've done esp for some me time and also for my family . VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. the coaches are nice and patient and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. the work outs are fun and lots of sweat depending on the coach ha ha , the pods are great company, music is a must! Classes are creative and constantly changing which is great for variety. id highly recommend anyone to just give it a try and you be glad you did!

I’ve been going to Tailormade since June, the classes are 45 mins which is perfect - even though it can be a tough workout, it’s over quickly and I feel great afterwards. The lads make it good fun too!!

The trainers are a very friendly bunch. If you are having difficulty with any of the exercises they will suggest a alternative. I enjoy my sessions and feel that I'm getting a lot from the exercise. I find that I need the motivation. I recomend that you give it a try.

Excellent Gym. Brilliant coaches- very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Don’t get put off by the fact that it’s not a very cardio focused gym- resistance training is the way forward - especially for woman wanting to shed body fat and tone. Suits people that was to progress in terms of body composition and strength but also caters for those starting out on their fitness journey. Tailor made suits all ages abilities shapes and sizes. Give it a go - you won’t regret it👍

Great gym and really good ambience, the trainers are the real assets of this place. There is no room for boredom as the workouts change regularly. I was surprised I would be looking forward to each session but I truly felt each session left me with a “Job well done” feeling. Strength and conditioning is 100% the way forward... I love going to Tailormade going on and off for about 6 months and couldn't be happier with my progress I'm making, the group training is so much fun and the lads really encourage you to get the best out of the session. Having tried a number of gym experiences I was getting fed up,wasn't getting any real.results and just felt perhaos the gym was not for me . Then I met Fionn randomly in a coffee shop and figured I would give Tailormade a chance . I'm so so glad I did, I've been there for 16 months now and have progressed a lot in terms of fitness ,strength and body shape. I love the strength training programme now but equally I loved the classes. There is a space for everyone, encouraging kind coaches there at every turn, expert advice, a gentle push when you're not necessarily feeling the love for exercising and a warm welcome every session. Their taste in music might be a bit dodgy at times but all in all it's the best place ever !!!! Do yourself a favour try it out you won't regret it ;)

Tailormade can cater for all age groups and abilities and it's really is a lovely community setting where you look forward to making new friends and meeting people while excerising. I suffer with many different illnesses and have always struggled when it comes to exercise and fitness, often finding it to painful to do, but the Team at Tailormade are able to help me adjust the exercises to suit my needs always explaining why and how it will help me. I am not able to go as often as I would like and have not been going for long but I am already feeling the difference in my everyday life. I cannot recommend them enough. Don’t be afraid if you have not done any exercise before, they will help you every way they can.

I have been with Tailormade on and off for about 2 years and have rejoined in November 2021. I have found them very beneficial with their help. I have joined to help me lose weight and to help with my mental health and both those have improved so much since joining. If you're looking an easy going place with absolutely no judgement and people that are always up for a laugh then Tailormade is for you. Personally I couldn't wish to have better coaches.
