D. S.Gym is good and clean , but I do not like the work of personal trainers ... the classes are great, but when they work in the gym, I often see someone exercising badly, using equipment badly or doing exercises badly and rarely seeing any of the instructors failing or showing how to properly perform the exercise ... myself I am a trainer and when I see someone doing an exercise badly, I try to correct him because I know that such a bad exercise may result in an injury. he makes and corrects the mistakes of practicing not only ... unless you have to pay extra for such help, which would be absurd ...personal treiners try be more helpful and useful at the gym please👍🙏💪gym is great anyway...
