I have to confess that I am biased as I am an alumni of WIT. However, the WIT Arena is a beautiful building. There is ample parking space and the landscaping and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The building itself is massive and multifunctional and can host a lot of different sports. Unfortunately, it is being used as a Covid vaccination center so no sports can go on indoors. Outdoor sports though are still live and well and in full operation. The only negative is that it is far put of town and this may be a hindrance to some.

A state of the art building surrounded by sporting grounds and a ample parking which sadly it’s 3€ per day and 1€ per hour. The building appears to be new and it has everything that one expect in any sporting facility. I enjoyed myself here and I’ll recommend this place for everyone

You could say we moved in to the WIT sports campus last week. We were there to photography the Gaa World Games all week. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good parking and facilities.

Very modern multi sport arena. Caters for a wide variety of sports and is used as a training centre for GAA, LGFA, & Camogie elite athletes. Plenty of parking available and it's located adjacent to the Waterford Greenway.

Well organised sports facility with plenty of parking just off the Waterford by pass toll road. It is also opposite the Waterford Greenway starting point car park. It has a cafe and a restaurant which have loads of space.

Very good sports complex. Nice place and has a cafe for coffee and quick bites. Only paid parking for non members. There are 5 badminton courts and a basket ball court. There is no swimming pool. I found the bike hire facility is a very useful.

Disregarding the fact that I am a WIT staff member, this gym offers very good facilities. There are fitness lessons and courses as well as areas of equipment where you can use to exercise on your own pace. There is a running track around the building as well as a football court. It is just steps away from the Waterford greenway which has its own car park. There is also a Caffè on site that offers a wide range of food and beverages. It is in the middle of the green area and quiet making it seem more "fit" for the purpose and health and environment oriented. The gym subscription fees are reasonable to what it has to offer.

The best facilities in Waterford the place is always spotless.The gym has everything you need and is never overcrowded.

WIT Arena is an excellent gym. It has one small sized gym for those who like to keep to themselves and do their own thing - fully equipped with various weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, bars, plates, weight machines and exercise machines like bikes and treadmills. There is always an instructor on hand to give you advice and show you what's what if you need. The gym varies in price - monthly, yearly and of course a student option. There are clean showers and a rather large dressing room. It has a lengthy selection of classes to choose from that include: spin (bike), boxercise, trampoline class (mini trampolines), step aerobics, BLT, body sculpt, yoga, Pilates etc. It can get busy in the car park during days when there are matches on in the pitches out the back but the parking is free for all members. There's a cafe on site and 3 aerobic rooms where the classes are on along with the large hall. Often there are other events on in the hall that also takes from the parking and makes the place in general busy but the gym itself remains quite. There are water coolers in several places to fill your water.

Waterford University of Technology sports field. Very modern and complete. With more than 7 Gaelic sports fields, both natural grass and synthetic grass. It has a large gym, a covered stadium with a lot of capacity and a large number of changing rooms and bathrooms.

There are very long queues for vaccination, but access is convenient. Route 6 runs from the train station directly to the arena. The staff is very friendly and ready to help.
