Been a good few years since I've been here, however its the best gym I been to - proper old school with the owners pushing you to stretch yourself 👍🏼

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to assist a new user and make me feel at home. Nobody loves walking into a new gym, but they were as relaxed, informative and supportive as possible. Good equipment and great value.

great gym but what will make it 5 star is fixing the scalding temperature of the tap in the changing room and unless you turn the hand dryer knob to the right it isn't consistent.
