C.Really exceptional place to stay, staff are great, amenities are great such as the Pool and the Spa, food is fantastic and you would have no reason to dine elsewhere with the choice on offer at the hotel over a few days. Then throw in Killarney and everything that town and its hinterland has to offer, this hotel is definitely somewhere you need to go to and stay at. Its just got that warm and fuzzy feeling. You will go back again and again.

Food is fab, menu is varied, suits all tastes including fussy children - really well balanced portions, variety and so delicious, staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, dining room is lovely. Loved lazing in the lobby after dinner enjoying a night cap! Centrally located too with lots to do on the doorstep. Really enjoyed every minute and looking forward to returning.

J. M.A 5 star hotel with 5 star service. I cannot fault the hotel while it is 5 star it is a hotel that makes you feel almost at home with the care and comfort they offer. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was 2nd to none. I'm Irish and have stayed in many hotels here and abroad but can definitely say this hotel is at the top of my list and it will take something special to knock it off. While some might consider it expensive you more than get what you pay for here.
A. C.My sister, friend and I stayed here between Christmas and New Year, and once again had a super break. The welcome , homely atmosphere and superb food was as great as we remembered. I was particularly impressed by the reception staff (especially Norma?) who was exceptionally helpful when I mistakenly thought I had mislaid a piece of jewelry.

K. K.We chose this hotel because of its excellent reviews, which were found to be very accurate. The hotel is the BEST in Ireland that we have yet to visit (and we've been to dozens, thus far). The location couldn't be more perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and Killarney National Park. We enjoyed lovely hikes through the park and saw beautiful lakes, deer, and Ross Castle.
The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and kind. Restaurants and bars were amazing. The spa and pool areas were very clean and relaxing. We even ordered room service one night and found that to be really special as well.
Killarney Park Hotel is very special and we cannot wait to return!

Our rooms were stunning... we were even upgraded to a suite as we had married earlier in the day and we also received a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room... We loved the spa facilities, which were perfect for relaxing after our big day. The treatments were excellent, and the staff were professional and attentive. We also had a fantastic meal in hotel’s bar, with delicious food and too-notch service.

S. W.The service and staff are 5 star quality. The restaurants and bar are excellent as is the breakfast. The location is walkable and central to Killarney while also being easy to get out of town for some sight seeing.
The rooms are comfortable but a bit dated and not matching the high quality of the staff. There are not really any views from the rooms as park views are mostly restaurant roof with quite a lot of ventilation smell and fan noise. It is not practical to open windows since the smell of fried food and smoke fill the space. The price is high for the standard of room as a result.

The room was immaculate and inviting, with high-quality furniture and a comfortable bed. It is our favorite hotel room to date. We ate at the Garden Bar for dinner which was divine! Breakfast was amazing as well. We used the pool, bubble pool, hot tub and sauna as well - all of which felt clean and safe. From the second we pulled in we have been catered to, pampered and taken care of. The staff in every capacity has made us feel welcomed and wanted. I have never been treated this nicely before. C.By FAR the best hotel we have stayed in on this trip has been the Killarney Park Hotel….first class accommodations, extremely attentive and pleasant staff from the instant we arrived, wonderful common areas including several nooks and a library with cozy fires, music and cocktail service (photo), a great bar area for food and drinks and a very nice restaurant for breakfast (which was excellent). Also it is adjacent to all of the top restaurants and shopping and across the main street from the walking paths of the national park (photo) …and it has a spa. It’s not insanely expensive if you are looking for something a little more upscale than the standard hotels.

A. A.We recieved an excellent welcome from the valet on arrival but unfortunately this is where it ended for us.
We had booked a Signature room, but on check in it was changed to a Premium. The prices on their website were different but the receptionist said they were the same. I wasn't convinced, and felt like we had been downgraded.
We had lunch in the bar and we felt the staff could be more friendly. As I paid for lunch the staff member voided the transaction, we were leaving the bar and another staff member came up to us in the lobby with the card machine requesting payment. I found this quite embarrassing. 5 star hotel, not 5 star treatment.

T. D.The hotel belongs to the LHW. As a result, expectations are high. The reception and all the staff are very friendly. What happens next, however, takes some getting used to. Brown sofas. Room furnishings very dark and absolutely out of date. There were a lot of places to sit but not a single reading lamp. We had a large suite with a TV that folded into the bed. Everything needs to be renewed urgently if you want to offer 5 star standards. The restaurant, on the other hand, offers perfect food with equally perfect service. If you're lucky, the large restaurant is closed and you can have dinner in the very nice bar. All in all: The hotel needs renovation and offers good service. Love at second sight...

The large rooms with a view of the park and a fireplace inside, the truly tasteful furnishings of the hall and the room where breakfasts and dinners are served with a choice of three different swimming pools complete the picture of the Killarney Park Hotel. Very convenient for reaching the center on foot. From there in an hour you will reach nearby Kenmare passing through the Park. Trip to do. We will return to this establishment. Congratulations to whoever manages it!

S. M.Centrally located in Killarney. Older, well-maintained hotel with a good atmosphere.||Good rooms, daily cleaning.||Nice bar and restaurant in the same room.||Fine selection of dishes and well prepared for reasonable money.||The staff are polite and service minded.||Can highly recommended.
