I recently joined this gym and I am so glad to have made that decision. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and the other members are all so friendly! There is always a great atmosphere there and everybody makes sure that the gym is always clean and that equipment is wiped down for others to use afterward. There is a huge range of equipment here which helps for all types of body work outs. Membership at the gym also isn't too expensive which is always great. This is a great spot if you're looking to join a gym around Longford!

One of the best gym’s I’ve ever been! Everything’s always clean. Really great and friendly atmosphere with a big variety of equipment. I think it is very important to feel relaxed and comfortable during your training which definitely accords to this place. And the owners are truly amazing!🔥 Always helpful and very communicable!
