The trainers at New Element Fitness are so professional, fun and knowledgeable. I started my journey with them doing the 1:1 12 Week Body Transformation Program and I've gained so much confidence across diet and workout routines. They do a great job of tailoring the workouts to your needs and helping you ease into a new program while supporting your dietary questions. Niall and Ken the owners are fantastic trainers and the team they've built have a great program and approach to fitness. The training sessions are top quality and fairly priced compared to other studios. The gym has a reasonable rate as well and is never very crowded even during usual peak gym times before and after work. It's a great place to get healthy and enjoy privacy while you do. They also do a great job of keeping the place clean so it's always a wonderful, safe visit. Niall and Ken you are the best!

I really like this place. There's a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very professional, friendly and approachable. There's a great mix of clientele - people who are well versed in gyms and those who are more beginner like myself. I signed up for the 12 week body transformation progam doing 1:1 training sessions and I couldn't recommend it enough. I have trained with Lee H and Lee P over the past few months. Both of them are amazing, so friendly, motivating and attentive. They have tailored the workout plans to what I like doing and have gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. I have been training with new element fitness for the last 5 months. I initially signed up for their 12 week transformation programme, and immediately signed up again when the twelve weeks were finished. I am trying to lose weight for my wedding and so far have dropped two dress sizes. I mostly train with Lee Halpin, but have also had sessions with Niall, Ken and Lee P. The boys are all great, very friendly and approachable and do great workouts. I work shifts and the team has be n very accomodating to my schedule. The gym itself is clean with very good equipment. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this gym!
After 2/3 years of little gym/fitness work, the 12 week personal training course cought my eye. I contacted Niall and Ken to explain my circumstances and they were excellent and very flexible from day 1.
I opted for 4 personal training sessions per week. The first week was very challenging (a shock to the system really)- but Niall was very good at judging my limits and gradually increasing them as I got fitness/strength back.
Each workout (weight lifted and reps completed) is recorded. This provides motivation to beat the last session but also encouragement to see the progress made each week.
The nutrition plan is simple and easy to follow.
The gym itself has all you need for a full workout and is always clean.
During my course I had pt sessions with Niall, Ken and Lee. Each are very knowledgeable and could not be more helpful.
I’ve since moved abroad but the lads have continued to share new workouts with me which is great.
My advice to anyone considering joining is to have at least 1 personal session a week. Set your goals with the lads and they will keep you on the right track to achieving them.

I was only a member with new element fitness for one month, as I was temporarily living in Dublin, but from the first day I walked in the door, I knew it was the right place to be. Such friendly and welcoming staff, genuine people who are there to spread positive vibes and support their members through health and fitness. My favourite thing about this gym is that they actually invest time in getting to know their clients/members, whether their short term or long term. You're not just a number to them, because they know you by name, which is a rarity these days in the fitness industry, unfortunately. The gym is quite small, but I'd much rather invest in a gym membership where I know I'm going to be looked after and supported,along with the essential equipment I need; rather than going to a big, luxury, chained gym, where I don't even get a hello, goodbye or thank you from the staff. So grateful to have met these people, and such affordable prices too!

I've been working out at New Element Fitness for about a year now and started as a real beginner. With the support and friendliness of the staff and other members, my whole outlook on fitness has changed so much! Ive lost 20kgs and gained way more confidence in my workouts. This was the first time in my life I thought of signing up for a gym membership and my experience has been quite positive. I wasn't quite sure it would be something I would enjoy or find easy but the trainers here helped me get started with an exercise routine that worked well for my experience (none, basically) and the goals I had in mind. They also gave me a diet plan which certainly helped. The fact that they are always there and quite happy to help with any sort of queries certainly makes it a good place to be.

I joined this gym in July 2020 (post COVID19 lockdown). The booking system is easy to use, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is ample sanitiser to clean down all the equipment and there is loads of space to do your workouts!
I have been really enjoying this gym, it is hassle free and I feel safe and confident that they are taking all the precautions necessary.
There is also so much equipment, everything you could want and I've never had to wait for anything which is a major plus!

Staffs can't be nicer than this. They were very nice and polite, not very big gym but high quality of system and even though its a small gym compare to others it has everything that gym should have. I can't wait to go back when the covid situation eases down.

Just joined New Element Fitness and it's been great. Had a 1 hour PT session with Lee to begin with, which was amazing! He went through (in great detail) a 3 day workout programme and a food plan. The gym isn't too busy and the hygiene is of a high standard. And also there is always a PT at hand to answer any questions or give advice.

I was looking for something to reignite my fitness motivation towards the end of my maternity leave and New Element's 12 week programme has done just that. Both Niall and Ken know what they are talking about when it comes to training and really do tailor your workouts to suit you while pushing you that little bit more every week to get results.

Excellent Gym!! I joined for the month as I was over visiting family. It has all the equipment you need to get a good workout in. The trainer Niall was also very friendly and helpful answering any questions I had regarding training. Great atmosphere and vibe. I would highly recommend!

Myself and a friend completed the 12 week personal training program at New Element fitness recently. We both lost nearly 6kgs. The price was unbeatable. We got personal training sessions three times per week for 12 weeks plus unlimited use of the gym. Our schedules were taken into consideration and there was no problem having sessions at times that suited us. We loved the training programs because they were constantly changing, so loads of variety. It was a mixture of all types of exercises; cardio, weights, HIIT, circuits etc. Niall, Ken, Lee and Roisin were fantastic trainers and got the most out of us at every session. They pushed us to the max every time without being annoying- they are genuinely genuine people and want you to do your best. They were always available in the gym (outside of PT sessions) for advice and encouragement. The nutritional program was easy to follow. Would highly recommend!
Can’t wait to do it again. Also, if you just want to use the gym it’s perfect for any kind of indoor training, loads of equipment and no waiting for anything.

I joined New Element Fitness as I wanted to walk a section of the Camino Way. I am in my sixties, totally unfit and had never been to a gym in my life, the task of getting fit for the walk was daunting. I opted to have a personal trainer. Niall and Ken, both personal trainers at the gym, devised a program tailored to suit my needs. They were patient, encouraging and within three months I was fit enough for the walk. Going to the gym in now part of life. Besides being enjoyable my BP is now normal. I highly recommend New Element Fitness as a Gym and Niall and Ken as personal trainers.

All the staff are extremly helpful but I have to give a special mention to Niall. He's knowledge on exercise and nutrition is excellent and he is always at hand for advice.

Niall and Ken have been brilliant form day one. I originally joined New Element Fitness to make use of their open gym. Their facilities were perfect for me. All the equipment you'd ever need. The lads themselves are incredibly welcoming and always willing to offer advice and have a laugh.
After 6 months in the gym I realised I wasnt progressing on my own. I sat down with them and discussed my goals and decided it would be really beneficial in undertaking their 90 days transformation. I've been a gym go-er for 5 Years but learned more in my 90 days with the lads than I'd picked up in all my other years. If you're looking to make serious changes, then the transformation programme is for you. They explain why you are doing certain exercises and constantly pushing you to the next level. The programme always helps you with your diet and Is designed to suit your taste preferences.
I lost 4% body fat while mainting my current weight which is exactly what I wanted.

Having done very little exercise over a 2-3 year period I decided to join this gym. Over my inactive years my fitness/strength had deteriorated. I decided to try a tailored transformative programme. I was moving abroad a month later but wanted to build up a base level of fitness in advance.
I sat down with Niall to set out goals I wanted to achieve. I went for 4 class's per week given the limited time available. I had PT sessions with Niall, Ken and Lee in this time. Each of the lads are really knowledgeable and friendly. They understand your limits but also ensure that you push your body.
All exercises (weights and reps) are recorded. For me this was great because it tracked my progress. It also makes you push harder to beat your score from the previous week.
The first week was a shock to the system- but a good shock. After a weekend rest I felt great entering week 2. From there the training became much easier despite the weights & reps increasing.... Huge Progress!
They also set a diet plan for me which was very easy to follow!
My advice to anyone joining is to get (at the very) least 1 PT session per week. This will help you set achievable goals- but also ensure that you are doing the right work in the gym (which often people are not)
The PT sessions are a great investment in yourself!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Niall and Ken are two fantastic trainers who will get the best out of you. Obviously, you need to commit to it first and foremost but the lads will buy into you, and the results will be incredible.
If your're looking to change how you feel, look and live you must get in on the transformation programme. The lads made it really easy to communicate and set everything out for you, they give you the structure and framework to succeed.
I did the 12 week programme and it was the quickest 12 weeks of my life. The sessions are intense, perfectly tailored to suit specific needs. I like the aspect of no frills, just hard work. Essentially, thats all it is.
The gym is really cool and has everything you need to get in, bang out a workout and get on with your life! The lads are also very flexible with payment etc so you really do get that tailored programme feel. They also help with your diet and will take into consideration all aspects of your life to help you reach your goal.
If you're reading this you are serious enough to get going, go and do it!
