D. J.Best fish and chips around! Every time I come home from the UK I make sure to grab a takeaway. Wouldn’t class it as ‘super fast’ as I waited circa 30mins in a Saturday night. Cheeky tip would be call ahead with your order but you will have to get lucky with someone answering the phone as it’s always super busy!

X.I have a lot of nostalgia for this restaurant since being a child but I really needed to leave a review tonight because I was gonna have a depression dinner of a kebab, onion ring and garlic cheese chips BUT- the saint of a woman there gave me AN EXTRA???? Garlic cheese chips and the total was €3 LESS than what I calculated it would be??? It was a bit busy as you’d expect around 9 so she apologised for the wait but like it wasn’t a big deal but 😭😭😭 extra garlic cheese chips and €3 off???? Faith in humanity restored

V.This is the best fish and chips place that I have come across. When we feel like takeaway this is the place to go! The staff are nice and prices are good. You can ring in to place the order. For over a decade I ate here and not once they failed to deliver. Highly recommended.

E. B.Good chips, curry sauce was great... Fish on the other hand was bad... From the freezer, not fresh. Also not a proper fillet made up from multiple bits. Portions were good, price not too bad...
K. M.Yes In fact I live very close to this fish and chip shop. Its old style traditional takeaway shop. Big thick chips and cod in batter. In truth I find it hit and miss.....When its good its very good. Worth a look if you happen to be in Bray and its right next to the train station and also close to the beach.

e. 3.I absolutely loved the food there! The waiting times were quite short and once again the food was fantastic. I just wish it was located in a better place then down near the train station but I understand there would be a bigger line and the food would be a little rushed then. Five Stars!
J. M.Southern-Fried Chicken is the tastiest in Bray, absolutely divine with the crunchily cooked Chips which don’t leave a greasy residue in you’re mouth. Loses a star due to occasional mishaps with portions, its a hot-spot for those crawling home from the Koo on the weekends with late-night cravings.

A.I went to a different chipper, in Little Bray, opposite a petrol station that shall remain nameless and was filled with regret.
I ordered the exact same as I would have done from Henry and Rose but alas, all I was left with was the bitter taste of my betrayal of the best chipper in Bray, Henry and Rose.

J. R.The meeting spot of Bray s first couple. Legend has it the two lovers met here and fell in love over a spice bag. Few cans later and a quick knee shaker under the dargle bridge Rose was up the stick and a town was born. None of that is true of course but its better than the real story
