The burgers and food were delicious and quality of burgers were good and chips were nice as well. The service was excellent, in parade street, especially Giovanni who helped get my order right and was very respectful and lively. If its not busy the food is 100% can be a bit hit and miss if it is. Much more filling than McDonald's especially since they changed the chips. Great lunchtime saver meals. Its slap bang in the middle of Patricks St. If you are unsure of where to eat you can't really go wrong with Burger King.

The majority of times that I have gone here, I have gotten good food but sometimes they can be hit or miss. Sometimes the chips are cut differently and they don't really taste good. If I was going for a more reliable fast food place, it would be McDonalds, granted their chips may be cold sometimes, they always taste good.

Burger King nice place off Patrick street Cork city. Right in the centre of city fine burgers nicer and more filling and quality Burgers than other takeaways. Great place for Groups College students or on your own. Can be bit pricey but you pay for what you like or you get! Staff are good helpful quick service. Can be busy over the weekend quick bite here wheelchair access and tables inside.

Brilliant experience, on arrival yesterday, a very helpful man, helped us get seats safely, cleaned our table & chairs(which were already clean) before we sat down, he was very attentive & very professional, while i was waiting for my order, he approached a pregnant lady & asked her if she would like to sit down while she waited for her takeaway or if she needed any help, fantastic customer service, well done, I'm sorry i didnt get his name even though he was wearing a name badge, but he was working on the floor, exceptional ♥️

I have become a huge burger King fan. Never thought I would hear myself say that. The value meals are quite reasonable. I got a Texas burger the other day all I can say it was beyond delicious . Its my to go place for a tasty burger with all the trimmings without breaking the bank. Very helpful staff, quick service and freshly cooked upon ordering not like other food chains you would get in other restaurants that I makes ut's soggy from sitting under the heat lamp for a bit.

Decent food for on the go, clean facilities with disabled access on staff request. The doors into the establishment are manual doors so you will need help opening them if disabled. Very clean restaurant and ideal if in town with kids and you want a quick eat.

Burger King is one nicest place to chill out in Cork City. They staff's were excellent and even if you are not buying anything they will allow you stay. I love Burger king ice cream a lot and I will recommend this place for anybody who wants to relax and enjoy themselves.

Update 25th June 2022 No change to decor I'm years. Reducing stars to 2 now and a new set of smart ar5e staff behind the counter. Regular fries size has been reduced once again. Having said all that, still go there for the Whopper Update 23rd April 2022. No remodeling since last report 4 years ago. Seriously with all the cash it's raking in? It's very depressing now, reminds me of a decrepit bus station Update: 29th Oct 18. This BK could really do with a makeover. I was in there yesterday and it is really looking tired and disheveled. They haven't done a makeover there for years, it's long overdue. Toilets are grim. I also noticed that the portion of fries (regular portion) seems to have been reduced in size. Whopper is still great though. Standard Burger King with efficient yet distant staff. In winter do not sit anywhere near the doors which constantly let freezing air in, making it very uncomfortable. I must admit that I love their whopper burger. Staff are slow to clear the tables

This is my first ever visit at burger king in ireland ,I tried chilli cheese bites they were really nice and also very welcoming staff they have, the lady on the counter wo took my order was very supportive ! Thumbs up for her .

It's a nice place to go.... only that I did have an issue once or twice with the bathroom.... in one of the stalls in the female bathroom, there was poop on the ground and on the other one, there was a nappy. We did say it to one of the workers and they apologised, and cleaned up.

This is a large Burger King resteraunt in the centre of Cork ciry. Plenty of space for family and kids. (They also had plenty of high chairs for kids to make it easier for parents) The food was made in a good time but was also very tasty! (Didn't feel rushed either) It was one of the better burgers/meals I remember having from a Burger King restaurant. The toilets were also very clean which is a good sign of a well run restaurant. I definitely recommend this Buger king store if you are looking for fast, tasty food. 👍

There is a large selection of seating inside and the interior and exterior of the building is stylish, and appealing. The menu is the standard Burger King menu. Most items on the menu here are reasonably affordable.

Yesterday I ordered regular Sprite and I think I got Sprite zero or something else that was really awful. I hate ordering something and getting something else and I can be very mean so I drank whatever nonsense they served me. Don't mess with me and my Sprite again though. The day before I spilled my drink and minutes later another customer also spilled their drink. I paid for another one and asked a member of staff to help clean up. The problem may have been that it was really busy and staff weren't closing the drinks properly. Or we were just clumsy
