Got hillbilly last night always get my usual breast in a bun meal.. but the inside I could taste the rocket leafs which I hate please just leave it with the lettuce.. Grand parade doesn't do rocket leafs. Keep it to original

Hillbilly's is good for quick eats and take away options. The staff are friendly enough. The shop is wheelchair accessible and friendly. It is well laid out for groups and families. We eat here regularly and it is always excellent tonight was no exception but felt the need to mention the lovely girl who served me very helpful an asset to any business .

They have a really nice atmosphere, lots of space for sitting and chatting, a very pleasant man at the door to keep delinquents out (I did not see anyone being obnoxious). The staff are friendly and helpful. Not a wide range of meal choices; however it was prepared freshly, served promptly; and was hot and good value. 😀👍

MacCurtain Street branch is so nice. We had burgers and topped fried they were amazing quality and value. Wasn't expecting it tbh we just popped in before starting our Xmas shopping. Will Definitely return!!

One of the best Hillbilly's in Cork City. Not very large but there is several tables for people to eat and sit, or takeaway their food. The staff are always well mannered, polite and professional in their work. The menu offer more than the usual chicken options as they also do a whole range of burgers which I'd highly recommended. Reasonably affordable for the most part and there is a toilet for customers use instore.

Great spot for food after clubbing open till 4am and if you are in there during the day try the Chicken Tenders best In cork.

The staff here is super friendly, and the service is actually fast, not a given for fast food anymore. Doesn't feel like a chain restaurant.

A must for Cork chippers, very busy at the end of the evening, after the bars close. The classic to have here is the “breast-in-a-bun”, a very good breaded chicken hamburger. The beef burgers are also very good. An item worth trying are the taco chips which are fries with a spicy beef sauce (taco type). Ideal for mopping up alcohol at the end of the evening. Also open during the day.
