It's a bit of a kip. Neglected and dated looking. Very slack on Covid compliance. But the current staff are lovely and the food was really good and hot.

Normally good but please please stop putting cold drinks in on top of hot food when getting it delivered, thats just common sense not to do that . Do have to reheat the food when it arrives

Lovely girl I think her name was kyra, lovely dublin girl, I can't remember for the life of me but she gave undivided attention when taking my order and always had a smile, which is lovely to see in a rush, thanks for the great service

The place was packed with school kids bad move by me going at lunchtime on a weekday, but still order(for 5 ppl) was taken and ready in less than ten minutes. Awesome 👌

Was not impressed with the service,as a chef myself after work coming in at 11pm after work,for a Chicken and Bacon McKing,the staff were More concerned with Deliveries and left Customers waiting on a Monday night!!! Not as if they were busy ... better front of house skills.. and remember customers waiting..

Fast and friendly... Not enough seats to sit at lunch time though. They have huge tables that sit 6 when it's surround by office blocks and tends to have more people eating alone or in small two groups

ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS IN DUBLIN AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO. Maja the manager is simply professional and welcoming person with beautiful approach to any question.

When carrying your food, if you go upstairs there are only toilets there, so then you go downstairs again asking yourself why they don't put a sign.

Very well-known fast food in the world, the snacks are good and the price charged is reasonable. This Burger King specifically isn't very crowded. The place is very big and pleasant. The environment there is always clean and the staff are very polite. I highly recommend this Burger King.
