n. c.The staff here were excellent. We were asked for both covid certs and ID on the way in which made us feel safe straight away. We came in and every table was full but we only waited a couple of minutes and then brought to a table that had just been cleaned. They had wiped down the seat too which was great. Each of the girls serving is did so with a smile and were very pleasant. The food was served within 20 minutes of ordering and was excellent. The staff seem happy and create a nice atmosphere.
C. B.Best Eddie Rockets I've ever been to. The staff are absolute diamonds, couldn't do enough for us. Food was regular ERs, hot, fast, satisfying.
D. T.This restaurant uses its own delivery personnel for UberEats, which is fine. However, when you ring them for order’s status, the people who answers call don’t know how or where to check it. They will just hangup when they can’t answer your questions on your order. Avoid this branch if you don’t want a dose of anxiety.
Updated 21 Jan 22 from 1 star to 4. They’ve improved. Person on the phone now knows the status of order.

a. r.I go here often with my kids and the staff are lovely. We get asked for covid cert and ID which makes you feel safe. But the only issue I have is the poor manager gets an awful life by men and woman that thinks it's ok to talk to people the way they talk to the girl in this shop all because she cannot allow them to eat in without covid cert. It's not her fault but she takes the blunt of it. Other wise the shop is grand and all the staff are lovely..

M. p.Oh so yummy burger joint... We always enjoy our visit here. The options are good. The portions are on the okay side. As with take out in Ireland its kinda expensive. You can get a good burger for around 8 euro. Service is sluggish on most occasions bit super friendly. Lots of parents with small kids enjoying the dinner scene. Good old fashion toons playing on the airwaves and you can also select tracks to play. Overall good fun. Great atmosphere and good tasting food.

G. C.Good burgers but chefs don't read the orders on numerous occasions we have specified no secret sauce or mayo these institutions are ignored and the food sent out. My wife is then eating while I wait for my order. Wait staff are great to.

L.First time in walkinstown branch of Eddie's today...very disappointed classic burgers were cold & despite telling 2 members of staff that we hadn't received our drinks they finally arrived when we finished eating our food. Was approached at table to pay for food before we had eaten and was given somebody else's bill. Not sure why we had to pay before hand. Love eddie rockets but probably wont be back to this branch again
J. J.Nice burgers, friendly staff, nice milkshakes. Fries are Ok. But the food is quite expensive for what you get and it all adds up to a pricey meal. You can hey nicer food elsewhere for less too, but the burgers are good.

M. W.It is a European take on the American diner. The food is what you would expect from a diner, but the service is decidedly European. Don't expect roller skating waitresses or any if the fun stuff. Neither is it a mom and pop local diner, just a chain like any other.
