One of the few places that I did not have to make a large queue to sit. I was not expecting anything special but it turned out to be a great place. They served very fast, people there were very nice and the terrace was super nice to be in. Very good atmosphere!

This place is a must stop for food. Being American, who honestly loves & eats amazing burgers back home all the time, I was sceptical if this place would compare or even come close to what I'm use to. Well, I'm no longer sceptical, the peanut butter milkshake is thick & actually has small peanuts chunks in them, AMAZING & the burger I'd put against any American burger! I don't understand how the two other burger places on either side are still in business, this place it that good! Oh, Emy, took the time out and gave me/my family some Irish history which I loved. If she is single you better let me know lol she was that special! But bringing in Dublin for a week I crown this place the BEST food in the city! Thank you team Gourmet Burger for making my day! :)

Deliciouussss the food is to DIE FOR, they have nice portions, I eat alot so I could have had another burger and chips tbh.. good place for small appetites. They have a alot of seating even outside with radiators though when you are outside its harder for them to know when you need them so don't take it to heart if they've forgotten about you! the staff are lovely too so definitely recommend.

Went to Dublin with my vegan wife and expected it to be difficult to cater to her dietary requirements. She discovered Gourmet Burger Kitchen and to say we were delighted was an understatement. Food was quick, portions were big and the quality...bloody good! We will be back.

Very satisfied, burgers were deliciously cooked, very juicy! Staff very friendly, our order didn't last long it came within 15 Minutes! One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. GBK may be the best of all in the menu :)

Burger was quite good. Staff enquired if anyone in the group had an allergy but didn’t seem to understand the menu when advised that someone did. Wrong order first time round which wasn’t a problem, but no apology or mention of what happened.

This GBK is on a very handy location if you are in town. They have a good lunch deal as well and my favorite is the breaded mushrooms with either classic chicken or beef burger. This time I went out of my way and order the smoking Joe with side of cheese bites, which was really nice. The staffs are really friendly and my lunches takes less than an hour in and out.

Great burger and a nice setup but was a bit on the cold side and the chicken wings weren't great. Highly recommend the Kiwiburger.

Food was very nice, after the 50 minutes it took to get sorted. The first waiter told us to download the wrong app, then the nice lady tried to sort it for us after us sitting there using the wrong app. Then with no apology from the manager, we ended up getting the free burgers, still without rectifying the app issue. The app wasn't the staff's fault, but the lack of apology kind of was.

Not your typical burger joint (in a good way!) There are two or three or these in relative proximity to each other in Dublin. We went to the one that was seemingly hidden away in a 'side street' that was not as busy as the other one. We immediately got a table for two and menus to order. The other, busy one we had walked past earlier had a line of people waiting to get a seat - and was in a bustling street. Once our choices were made, I went inside to the bar area to place the order. The burger I had was fantastic! The meat was well done and nice and thick (much like I make at home also!). The bacon was crisp and cheddar olde. The side fries I ordered went together well with the burger. Best of all: free refills on tap drinks! (Taken advantage of one time by me) Only slightly less than perfect was the 'Homeslaw' coleslaw variant that could have used a bit more dressing (and was generally not really my palate anyhow - but you 'cannot argue over taste'...). Personnel was generally nice and helpful - overall a great experience.

I'm only giving three stars, and I won't be going there again, but not because of the food really. The food was pretty good, although a bit overpriced (maybe a consequence of excellent location?). The burgers were cooked nicely, the cajun chicken was flavorful (albeit a very tiny side), the potatoes well seasoned and good texture, and the vanilla shake took me right back to my childhood. My chief complaint had to do with the fact that I wanted to change the mayo on the burger but got charged for the substitution. And when I tried to discuss it with the cashier, I got back rudeness. The food wasn't good enough or enough value for money to be worth dealing with a poor attitude. I was irked, but not truly upset, about the charge (it was €1.25 on top of a €9 burger, not really worth getting worked up over), but the attitude and rudeness cost them a lot more. I won't be going back.

The food was good, not many options for me as a vegan, but otherwise tasty. The waitstaff all seemed new though, and not very good. Most were friendly, just not very fast or knowledgable. Great location to people watch, with a small outdoor seating area.

Sometimes it's awkward to eat while abroad. This place was a little bit of home, but unique enough to not be like any place from the states. Grabbed an avocado beef burger with bacon. Sesame seed bun was lightly toasted. Tasted great. Felt really out of place picking it up and eating it, the other patron were eating with forks and knives. Still, I did what any American would do and just went for it. I actually split my burger with my wife who ordered a fried chicken pesto burger. This was also delicious. For sides we ordered sweet potato fries and slaw. Fries came with a choice of garlic and herb mayo or baconnaise. Choose the garlic and couldn't have been happier with the taste. Only giving it 4 stars, while the food was great, the place was a little shabby and there were a few specks of dirt. The layout was also a little confusing. A sign at the front said "please wait to eat". We stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before going to back counter to ask about ordering and if we should just pick a seat.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant. We were sited promptly, taking into account it was six of us and the restaurant was busy. Manager offered us table upstairs. Customer service was great, staff friendly, happy to help and able to provide information on promotion. Not to mention, burger was tasty! Let's go back!

However far from the best burger Ive had in the UK (given Ive eaten many) and the most expensive lunch Ive eaten when you add on the cost of fries separately. Would not make it a point to come back to this restaurant chain.

Tasty, cute little burger joint. The downstairs back bar has exposed brick walls and plants, which is nicely atmospheric. I had one of their veggie burgers and it was tasty, though I had to use their seasoning salt to amp the flavor up a bit.

We arrived here in the early afternoon without having made a reservation. The other restaurants in the street were completely full and this one as well, but the waiter told us to check back in ten minutes as then a table would be free, and it was - lunch saved. The burgers and side dishes, we had onion rings and salad, are delicious and the pricing is reasonable. Upstairs, there is a large window overlooking the street, giving the place a spacious feeling even though it is quite small.

Great crispy bacon and avocado dip combination but burger was a little bit over-cooked and not much sauce. Burgers size seemed totally right. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant venue that unlike it's neighbour (Bunsen) offers a variety of choice for burgers, sides and sauces (all hand made). Service was quick and kind, food was tasty! Nothing to complain about!

Been here with friends. The quality of the food is excellent, the burgers, wings and chips are absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I will say, it is very hard to stay in budget here. The menu is rigged in a way that you feel like you're getting a bargain but there are ALWAYS sneaky hidden costs such as extra costs for cheese etc.

The best place for a good burger in the city. I discovered GBK with a friend last year thanks to the 2 for 1 deal we had on a college society cards. I've been back there more times than I can really justify and have never once been disappointed! It works out rather expensive if it weren't for the student deal (with a Trintiy college society card a good sized burger is around €5.) Definitely up there on my top ten favorite lunch spots!
