E. H.Best milk shakes I've had anywhere but food is not as appetising as I had hoped. Have visited four times and the quality is sub par. They excel with deserts and milkshakes but really need to change up the quality of the food.
Over our visits we've had the chicken nugget children's meals, the chips were over done and dry. The Chicken nuggets were good.The BLT, the rashers were greasy and had too much fat and not enough meat on them. The Chicken Wings were over cooked and dried out. They do a nice garlic mushroom.
It's a welcome addition to have this restaurant in Dungarvan, I really hope the quality improves significantly.

T. R.I am a member of local business and decided to bring a team of 5 out for an early evening meal before Christmas. I booked a table 2 weeks in advance and also confirmed this very lunchtime that we would be attending as planned.
When we arrived I was told that they dont take bookings (contrary to what i was assured just 4 hours earlier) however they said there would be a table in 15 minutes. That was perfectly acceptable so my coworkers and i stepped outside so as not to crowd the already busy restaurant.
After 20 minutes we became very cold and i nipped back in to check we hadnt been forgotten, to which i was told that it would be at least another 20 minutes. We decided to go elsewhere. Not a good first impression.
**update**
I was contacted by phone this morning by the manager who explained that due to the busyness of the new opening she was unable to hold onto a table for me. She was extremely genuine and full of apologies. I have updated my star rating and will do so again when i get to sample the menu soon.
