The place is big enough with proper social distancing.
They have two vegan burgers, I had the mushroom one which was lovely! I just wish it was more firm and blended.
Their fries have to be the best fries I had in Galway!

-it was pretty strong (as they use real cheese) but delicious!
Washed it down with a local IPA (Full Sail by Galway Bay Brewery).

M. C.After hearing Botown did gluten free burgers (Plamas coffee lads recommended it pst their gluten free brownies are next level) we said we had to give them a go! Amazing burgers which have such light gluten free buns! The meal was delish and staff were so friendly! Shame they don't advertise the gluten free options anywhere because we wouldn't have know if it wasn't recommended to us! Very nice food over all!

A.Can't praise these guys enough. Such a friendly place, staff were really busy as it was a Saturday night but were still very attentive and quick.
Food was amazing a portion sizes were huge too. They offer a good rage of beers as well as, for us, two separate veggie burgers which was great :)
Chips were amazing, usually cooked in beef dripping but specifically cooked in vegetable oil for vegetarians. They asked if we'd like that when ordering.

N. R.I've been traveling around Ireland and UK for a couple months and I can tell you this place's sweet potato fries are the best by far. The burger, as you may notice by the pictures, doesn't fall behind at all, it has been a tasteful party.

D. L.I don't think I have enough space here to truly say what a WONDERFUL place BoTown is. The food is always incredible, I've never had one bad bite of anything from here. All of their staff are so friendly and personable. You never feel as if you're putting someone out or someone is just being nice to you because it's their job, everyone that works there really cares about the place. My favourite burger is the Blue Steel but, like I said before, everything on their menu is amazing. The atmosphere is so cosy and their new outdoor space is the perfect spot. 20/10 would recommend going there for any family dinner, work party, date, girls night out, pre-stag party, brunch, lunch, dinner, everything.

I. K.We love this place, our kids love this place, our guests love this place. Friendly and positive team environment that is transferred straight to the customers. The place itself is so cool and welcoming and cosy. The food is second to none and the selection of drinks is class. Best anywhere. We have two five year olds and this is the one place they are guaranteed to stay sitting. Lots for them to do and the staff really engage with them.
I was really taken by how positive they are about pivoting again for a second lockdown. We will def buy from their take away menu in the coming weeks.

C. T.Cannot fault the food here, it was a great treat, especially during lockdown, and the little tub of sweets is a brilliant touch. However, after a mix up with our delivery (not your fault of course), what could have been sorted with a 30 second phone call to your delivery guy, ended with 10 minutes on hold with Just Eat, a partial refund that we won't see for a week and serious disappointment that we didn't get the meals we couldn't wait to eat. I would suggest, if possible, figuring out some way to be able to contact your delivery guys after they leave the restaurant. If so, I will be delighted to order from you guys again! Also, shoutout to the staff member I was on the phone to, who was polite and apologetic even though he couldn't do anything.

Great selection of drinks too, highly recommend the Brooklyn Amber Lager. Service was above and beyond, had a nice chat with our server. Food was out of this world. E. R.Tried the classic burger, because a burger should be about the meat and the bun, not the trimmings. Washed it down with a delicious beer that was suggested by Frank, our courteous host. The burger is perfectly tender and moist and the brioche bun gives the perfect texture and hint of sweetness. Absolutely loved it. And the setting here is fantastic. Galway has needed a proper burger joint and now it has it. Tried a few of the sides, which were also delicious.

P.Food is incredible. I had the botown board and picked three different sliders from the menu. Each slider was incredible and the fact that you can choose them based on the full burgers on the menu is a nice touch. The board also came with bbq wings, fries and two dips of your choice. I threw in a side order of onion rings which I definitely didn’t need but were also great (onion rings are often hit and miss). Our friend called ahead and told the staff it had been three of our birthdays so suddenly at the end three surprise brownies came out with candles. Very ricj taste. Our waiter (possibly also the owner/manager) was incredibly friendly and walked down the street a little to show us some of the good nightlife spots since we aren’t from the city. Overall great experience.

Hier stimmt alles, Atmosphäre, Essen, Service, Getränke, Einrichtung... Extrem leckere Burger und eine große Getränkeauswahl, sehr zu empfehlen. Vor allem aber perfekter Service, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Abendgestaltung bekommen und außerdem Hintergründe zu den lokalen Bieren und Speisen auf der Karte bekommen. Ich habe mich extrem wohl gefühlt und empfehle jedem, hier einmal vorbei zu schauen!
