H.We stay with our 6 month old and we really enjoyed it food is very good and staff were very friendly, rooms are very nice, sauna and steam rooms nice pools for adults and big children, no baby pool. Other small issues was all the steps around the building wasn't ideal with a pram. Would recommend as a very nice place to stay.

The location is superb, 5 mins walk from the town centre and 5 mins drive from Killarney National Park and Ring of Kerry. But yet you don’t really feel you are in the city as it is tucked away. The front terrace is just as beautiful as the mountain views it serves.
All the staff were lovely and friendly. Brilliant breakfast service and amazing dinner although it is very limited menu. A great relaxed stay and would definitely stay again.

R. O.We stayed for two nights in Randles and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located for a walk into town and to Ross Castle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and diner was very good and tasty. Covid restrictions were well enforced but not a problem. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable with the fresh linen. We will be back again.

We have very fond memories of our time at your hotel. The staff, service and venue were second to none, and we can’t wait to renew our vows in 2023, at this fabulous establishment.
I have family still back home who occasionally frequent this fine hotel and inform me, the service is still first class. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when in Kerry.

A.Very nice hotel to stay at in Killarney. it's within walking distance of the town and the Ring of Kerry drive starts on the same road as the hotel is on. We had a nice stay. Comfortable room, decent food, and a very nice staff.

D. K.Lovely hotel in the heart of Killarney. Felt very safe with the measures in place around the hotel. Only a 10-12 min walk from the centre of town and the bus and train station. Staff in general were very helpful and all our meals were delicious. The restaurant manager Aziz was very welcoming and was happy to recommend wines and dishes. We stayed in one of the signature rooms with the mountain view. Well worth the money. The bed was by far the comfiest one I've ever slept in. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of the country.

M. F.Such a great hotel. Fab breakfast and a great bar with a great choice of bar food and drinks. Open fires to sit beside and enjoy your drink. My room was clean and cosy with a very comfy bed. Great shower in the bathroom and soft towels which are changed daily when used did not go to the pool or the spa. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Pool & sauna were nice one afternoon after we came in from the rain. Great bar staff and night staff. Breakfast needs a bit of work. Would definitely stay here again.
S. T.We had a great stay at Randles which has a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Killarney House & Gardens, and from the main town. The staff were fantastic, the room was lovely and the atmosphere was great. Breakfast is made fresh to order and the food is tasty.
H. W.Old style hotel with traditional and comfortable rooms. Not overstaffed, but things happened almost invisibly. Our bags appeared in our rooms. The same gentleman served us in the bar/ restaurant, again almost unobserved, and with silent professionalism. Reception was alert and on the job. Rooms clean and well fitted out. Corridors well carpeted and with interesting furniture. Unfortunately we were eating main meals with friends, but the breakfasts that we had were well received with lots of options, and all were delicious. Especially the sausages and mushrooms.
Will visit again next time I am in the area.

R. P.We got a good deal on this hotel for a two night midweek stay which we booked directly through the hotel website.
The hotel room was really nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast.
The spa was OK but I wouldn’t really recommend it on that basis; to hotel guests it is only open for limited hours (can’t remember exactly but it was something like 9am-12am and 5pm to 9pm), and when I went to use the pool in those hours, there was a class on so I couldn’t swim anyway, which was disappointing.
The location is about a 10 minute walk to Killarney proper. We noticed there were lots of American guests; it seemed to be very popular with them for some reason.
We didn’t eat here because we thought the prices were a bit high. The pizza and craft beer place opposite the hotel was good but very busy.
P.Stayed here one night on our honeymoon after driving from Dublin and not having the energy to drive back. Lovely little hotel restaurant with good service and delicious food. We actually preferred this hotel to the one that we had paid an arm and a leg for in Dublin. We've learned that if we're ever to vacation in Ireland again we would prefer staying near Killarney.

We were warm and well looked after. They even helped us get the Ring of Kerry Tour completed before the snow. Highly recommended!

J. H.Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, clean and nicely furnished. For one night I stayed in one of the petite rooms, which was appropriately named, but still had everything I needed. The rest of my stay was in a standard room,, which was delightful. Would recommend and would stay again.
K. C.Stayed in the hotel Friday and Saturday. Bed was really comfortable, and the room was nice. Very little power from the shower, but this is a minor issue. Only thing I really did not like is the price of alcohol. Total rip off, with prices similar to Templebar. A bottle of NZ white wine is 36 which is far too greedy. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
G. H.We stayed here two nights in mid July. Great location, only about a 10 minutes walk to the old part of town and a short 5 minutes drive to Killarney National Park. The room was clean and updated. There is an lift however our room required we go up a short flight of stairs. There is no air conditioning so it can get a little warm if it is hot outside. For breakfast they had a selection of cereals, pastries and juices and also let you order from a small menu. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Killarney.

Killarney has an awful lot of hotels, it’s not that this hotel is poor it’s that the standards of the other hotels are much much better.
B. C.Overall enjoyable stay, but we were a little underwhelmed... For the "manor house"-title and the high price we would have expected a bit more.
The room was nicely furnished, but some things were (a bit) damaged or not completely clean. The promised hairdryer was missing and the bathroom was getting old (silicon in joints looked rancid).
The Swimmingpool was okay, the sauna too, but nothing special.
Breakfast did not reach the level of good B&B's.
Staff was very nice though!!!

We then decided to have our wedding there and it was what we had in mind and much more. The service staff provided amazing service and memories that will stay with us for a life time. The organization of the wedding ran like clock work and food was so delicious top notch. Thanks Randels Team!!
C. C.I gave 5 stars only because they are pet friendly. The hotel is nice and well located. Breakfast is 4 stars. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are very modern. Carpets and walls are not well cleaned.
M. S.Great experience, we really enjoy our room, the pool and sauna are awesome, friendly staff and the food very good !... The price is affordable and the location is very close to the center of Killarney. So you can walk easily and then rent a bike to go around the park. The only observation is the TV channels.. only about 4 channels a bit boring but we were enjoying the another amenities of the hotel anyway.
A. “. W.Nice hotel but small details really let it down. Crack in the bathroom mirror. Stained throw pillows. The chair in the room was really worn. Very stuffy at night so had window open. Could hear everything. The nicest member of staff was the young man in the bar. I felt the rest of the staff just didnt want to be there. The breakfast...scrambled eggs microwaved and cold roughest rashers I've ever had in my life. No beans no hash browns. Also no soya or lactose free milk option for tea..
For what was spent I wouldn't return again

Room 123 very comfortable, large and spacious it was very warm on entry so we ended up turning off the rad and opening the windows. In general it is a beautiful old world hotel in some parts of the staircase the carpet needs to be replaced/repaired as it may result in a fall.
The evening restaurant was closed for dinner (not highlighted when booking) it was recommended to dine in the sister hotel next door in The Dromhall at Kaynes restaurant , it went down hill the presentation and taste of the food was very disappointing I could not in all truth recommend this establishment
By the way the staff / facilities at Randals are fantastic.

Great choice of wines also. 5 minute stroll into town but we ate at the hotel as it was so relaxed. Enjoyed drinks by the fire in very comfy leather chairs. We have booked our next visit already.

A. P. I.The hotel was OK but price bit expensive (€160/night). No amenities at the room, the bath bit small. The breakfast was flat. At least the meal we had at the hotel was very tasty. Even though the drinks are overpriced. Also the girl at reception was very helpful.
L. G.I enoyed my stay in Randles. Room was a bit small but clean. Food wad good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Position of the bed which is only 6/8 inches from the wall made it awkward to get in and out of. Get the bed position sorted out and it would be top notch. Overall an enjoyable stay.

S. C.This is without question one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We booked one of the junior suites and it's was simply a stunning room with a huge comfy bed, massive bathroom with a jacuzzi and TV, and also a giant TV in the room itself with an artificial fire. Would of been nice to have had a two seater couch other than the two separate chairs but still it was great. There was even Netflix on the TV so we were well and truly sorted. We got burgers for room service and they were delicious. The custom card was also a nice touch on arrival. People complain that it's pricey, but the value you get for the luxery is well worth it. We will definitely be returning next year.

No water on the room, rooms need to be refurbished, shower only works on one temperature, bathroom dirty, no shampoo refills on second day, impolite staff at breakfast. View from room into hotels backyard not very appealing. Cosy bar with good food and drinks, good location close to town center.
J. C.Average hotel. Probably overpriced but this is Killarney. Staff were helpful, room was ok. Nothing exciting or standout about the place. Went for dinner at 7 but told the restaurant was not open till 8. Ate in the bar which was fairly good even if they did forget my dessert. Breakfast in the morning was good except for the porridge which was dreadful.
B. K.Stayed 2 nights, the hotel and rooms were nice but the wifi may as well have been turned off. Drops connection constantly and traveling internationally the hotel WiFi is what I count on to get in touch with people back home, check work emails etc so this was quite frustrating. Consulted front desk with no solution. Only ate breakfast here one day which was good if not overpriced but the dinner menu seems cheaper than nearby restaurants.

A.Outstanding! I wish I knew everyone's name to thank them personally...the entire staff went above and beyond! Jeremy in the bar was never far away with great service, advice and a smile. I was looking for an empty bottle of gin ( I loved the bottle color and shape, but Im not a gin drinker) and he took the time to tell me where I would most likely find one...sure enough, it was the first place he suggested. Me and my wife absolutely LOVED our stay at this hotel. The staff was wondedful. Amenities include free on site parking, full service spa, heated pool with sauna and steam room, delicious full service/continental breakfast. The bar is lovely and has several taps of local beers as well as a great selection of fine irish whiskeys and spirits with huge comfy tufted leather wing back chairs. Perfect for relaxing and doing some quality people watching.
It was a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to downtown Killarney with RENT-A-BIKE and Killarney Brewery literally across the street you cant go wrong staying at this wonderful hotel.

W. H.Beautiful hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms beautifully layed out and were large. Bad points were the beds which were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on which meant that I was wrecked every day of our break! :-(

The hotel itself is a bit old but clean. In comparison, however, much better than many other hotels in town.
The breakfast is tasty but well arranged. The pool and sauna are very, very nice and can be used free of charge.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in Killarney. Man kann dort zu Wanderungen am Ring of Kerry aufbrechen oder auch in den Ort laufen.
Das Hotel selber ist eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Im Vergleich aber noch deutlich besser als viele andere Hotels im Ort.
Das Frühstück ist lecker aber doch übersichtlich. Der Pool und die Sauna sind sehr sehr schön und können kostenlos genutzt werden.
