P. O. M.Was in there Sunday night for drinks, the lad singing and playing the guitar was excellent, and when he finished another guy started, he was good enough as well, good night was had.
B. W.Stay was great. The rooms are small but very well kept. The main building has a controlled temperature… which means you DO NOT have AC vents in your room. The vent on the roof kept the room plenty cool. Either way, adjust accordingly. Definitely recommend.

P. S.Friendly place but don't plan on getting to sleep early in the evening. The noise from the bar in the rooms is excessive. I was singing along to Wonderwall at 11:12 from my own bed. It does all stop once the bar closes...

J. F.Absolutely blown away by the experience of staying with Tatler Jack. My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in a contemporary top floor room which provided a great view of the lively Plunkett Street in Killarney. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had the most comfortable bed I've slept in away from home in a long time. There was a good selection of traditional and continental breakfast items which were served with a smile and tasted delicious. Don't worry if you miss the breakfast as they serve amazing food throughout the day and their prices are very reasonable for the area. Although there is no parking available on site, there is a multi storey car park just a 5 minute walk away which is safe, secure and good value for money. I cannot recommend Tatler Jack's enough to anyone wishing to visit Killarney, I'll definitely be back.

This not a hotel but rather a pub with rooms, so theres no foyer or sitting areas - but dont let that deter you, this place is right at the centre of the nightlife/dining/shopping area of Killarney

R.The rooms have everything you need, nice and very clean, but the 5 stars is for a F O O D! You need to try chowder and lamb shank, absolutely worth it [forget the poached egg;)] It's busy place, no wonder why. Staff also great.

B. L.Tatler Jacks is OK, I guess. The traditional two man Irish folk band was pretty darned good. Drink prices are reasonable, and it’s a very fun place.
However, the place was packed to the gills on the Friday night I was there and it was very slow to get drinks. The beer choices were good though - pretty much like you see in every other pub in Ireland. I’m starting to think that every pub in Ireland is part of a franchise chain, because most of the beer selections at the same, and they all look very similar.
It was definitely fun (but then again, what alcohol fueled endeavor isn’t fun?) but I don’t think I’d go out of my way for this one.

I have to say that there really are not many places I have eaten that have on their menu's that meals can be adapted to cater for celiacs. T. R.Wonderful comfortable pub in the Killarney city center. Easy to walk to from nearly any point of interest, which we did. Appreciated the menu posted by the door (many pubs do not), which makes decisions less risky when traveling with less adventurous eaters. I had a very creatively constructed Philly cheese steak which, while not exactly traditional, was delicious nonetheless, and paired well with an expertly pulled Guinness. Would easily visit again.

-Rooms were recently remodeled and everything was clean and new
-They had American style thermostat to control temperature where u just set it to the temperature you’d like instead of using the panel heater
-Our WiFi was not working in the room, we asked to see if there was something they can do and within minutes of asking, they worked on the problem and switched us to a different room with WiFi. They explained that for some reason, 4 of their rooms didn’t have WiFi but they will fix the issue ASAP
-Breakfast was cooked for us- hot and delicious
-Mom and pop b&b, but all staff were extremely helpful and friendly
-We stayed in low season so did not hear the bar downstairs at all
-Parking lot available down the street for 1 euro per hour from Monday to Saturday 830-630pm. Outside of those hours are free parking. Less than 3 minutes walk from property
-I recommend and would return in the future!

Great place to stay if you're exploring Killarney National Park; get your nature on and then stroll the shops and eateries in Killarney town, Jack's is right in the center of everything. N. L.This is one of my top three pubs to go to whenever I am in Killarney. The music is always great and the craic is too. Nice to be next door to Mike's Take Away after a fun filled night there. You can sober up with a burger and chips and try to remember where your B&B is.

At our visit there was a football match and you could tell from the number of visitors. Nevertheless, you could eat comfortably in the back of the pub. The whole thing was topped with live music and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Irische Sportpub, auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet und ist im Vergleich mit den anderen Restaurants in der Stadt günstiger (15€ Hauptspeise, 5 € Bier). Bei unserem Besuch fand gerade ein Fußballspiel statt und das merkte man an der Besucherzahl. Nichts desto trotz konnte man im hinteren Bereich des Pubs gemütlich essen. Getoppt wurde das ganze dann mit Live Musik und toller Stimmung. Auf alle Fälle einen Besuch wert.

Innen ziehmlich groß, also muss man nicht auf dem Schoß vom Nachbar sitzen. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Unter der Woche ehe auf die Touristen gerichtete Musik, am Freitag und am Wochenende sehr viel los und mit vielen einheimischen.
Im großen und ganzen eine tolle Location.
