Really nice place. The decoration is cool. The burgers are are really good and they have the best fries I ate in Ireland. I had a cocktail that was really delicious and well prepared. To top up we ordered a brownie for dessert and it was delicious, the ice cream that came with it was really good. I like that you have to reserve a table, this way it was not so crowded. Worth a visit.

Have been to one in limerick City a few times for takeaway, the burgers are quality and service for having it ready for time slot picked is always good, cooked fresh. Staff seem friendly here even do it was a brief interaction.

The staff were really polite. We had a number of staff providing service and we waited on nothing. They were also amazing with my two boys. While the kids menu Is a little short , what's on it is excellent and in plentiful supply. The kids loved it. Our food was fantastic and couldn't fault it. I had pizza which was heavily laden with toppings and amazingly The venue is well maintained and very clean. To top it all of we had a ' shake it off' cocktail which was made fresh and was unreal. They put us sitting right in front of basically the kitchen. Was so loud, banging of the dishes,cutlery, bins..just was abit too much.. I asked for a vegetarian Fajitas, but I got the chicken fajitas..I just left it , I didn't bother complaining.. they were far too busy.my partner enjoyed his food.but then we just paid and left.on a good note the girl at entrance was lovely and the young lad that served us was lovely.

This place has decent food- the braised beef was tender and the carrots were cooked well (it was neither too hard nor too mushy and the gravy complimented it nicely). I personally found that the wings were overcooked and over-saucy, the burger was somewhat dry and the braised beef should be served with a different sauce. The onion rings were very oily and there was too much batter. The oreo cheesecake was also quite bland and did not taste like how a cheese cake should. The creme brulee needed more vanilla flavoured. This resto seems to be quite “happening” and certain food items meet expectations, but does not excel overall.

Husband ordered the Raging Bull and I ordered the Braised beef. Both tasted fantastic! We were very happy with appetizer as well and the atmosphere. Only complaint was 4 different waiter/waitresses coming to the table and once we had the food, we were pretty much ignored and had to get up and flag a waitress down.

Loved my first experience of Coqbull, the staff were super friendly and the waitresses made the entire experience worthwhile of 5 stars on their own. I had a three course meal; BBQ wings, Bacon burger(its name has slipped my mind) and cookies and ice cream. All three were fantastic, my only complaint would be (and this is out of my own ignorance of meat) that the beef is very similar to burgers you may cook at home yourself. Very dissimilar to for example Shake Dog burgers but like I said this isn't to say the burger wasn't lovely either because it was! The BBQ wings were to die for too, would come back here just for the wings alone. The cookies and ice cream topped off a gorgeous meal and wonderful experience. Pricey but you get what you pay for in my opinion. Only complaint would be the wait time between meals, for example the wait time between my starter and main was probably 15-20 mins but this was on a Saturday so it's understandable. The food being lovely negated this for me.

We are so happy we stopped in to this place...We dropped into Limerick to grab dinner while on our way to Galway! We are SUPER HAPPY we did! It made our day. The chicken sandwiches are excellent. So juicy! This place had the best fish and chips between Belfast and Dublin. While the fish in the country is so fresh, the fish and chips lack seasoning. Again, it may be a preference thing, but I want my food seasoned. Oh the best part is the dessert, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was amazing! Omg! Cheers to this place! We would rush back anytime. Prices we inlined with food and service expectations. So this place is awesome!

My hubby and I went here for lunch hoping it would be good. It was fabulous! The burger was called perfectly and yet not dry the coq sauce is not spicey but has just the right amount of bite to give tremendous flavor. (I have spicey so this is high praise!) And the sweet potatoe fries... So good! Soft and yummy inside, crisp and just enough salt on the outside. We will definitely tell others and be back again. (And the staff were very kind and attentive too!)

My favourite restaurant in Limerick! The food is amazing, staff are super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere inside is very cosy and I would happily sit there all day drinking their cocktails. The last time I was there my main was the raging bull which was one of the nicest burgers I've had in a long time. I had sweet potatoes fries with three different dips and couldn't resist trying some of their cocktails I hadn't had before which the staff had obviously put a lot of work into. Definitely recommend!

Ordered burgers, took 40-50min to serve while tables next to us at first were empty and then ordered after us but still received their food before us?! Asked one of the waiters, not the one serving us, what's the deal and he brought out our food straight away so it meant that our waiter was completely inattentive to her tables. The Ranch chicken burger here is delicious. I love trying new things and the chicken and blue cheese pizza is a great invention. Basically a buffalo chicken wing pizza. The service is also top notch. I like how you can go for a casual lunch here or a fancy dinner too.

The restaurant itself is large, spacious and with a cool industrial style. We'd all go back if we were in the area again.

Back in the day when this was Aubars and latterly Paddy Frawley's I frequented this place. I'm less familiar with this location than the Castletroy one but this is equally good. Our server Maggie was really efficient and friendly, going over and above for all our requests and she was really nice to our children :-)
