C. M.Meat is very very fresh, but the downside is the cost is very very highly priced for what you get.
But keep in mind; you want McDonald’s cheap burgers, you can still get them, just not here. If the price is not an issue and you like we’ll made, good tasting burgers, give it a go here.
Chips are fantastic, though. Quite plentiful. Get a large to do a table to save some coin on the meal as a whole.
S. T.Come on , if you want a fast-food burger, no better place than one of the Five Guys locations. All food is fresh, hot, and tasty. Staff are great craic. They are managing the current Covid situation very very well. And the added bonus of the refillable drinks ;-)

A. F.I had food here a number of times and it was always excellent.
However my last 2/3 visits were a bit disappointing. The fries were extremely salty - paid for a large fry and got a regular. I wish I tasted them on the spot because I only got to eat everything when I got home so I just threw them straight into the bin.
The burger was good, but 1 Jalapeno wasn't exactly much of a topping.
H. M.Had high expectations but it was nothing special. Yellow lettuce bits (it was not fresh), chips put in 2 cups and the rest floating around the paper bag. Walls were dirty with some sort of ketchup/dirt spread over. Some chips were completely burnt. Cheeseburger was ok, but not worth the trip. Should’ve gone to Milanos which was 5 meters ahead.
E. C.Portions excessively large, presented thrown loose into a paper bag which is just lazy. Burger was very average and expensive for what it was. Meat was unseasoned and coarse, which for a place that trumpets itself as an exceptional burger joint is kind of bemusing. But on the plus side I got my burger made exactly as I ordered it, which can be a bit of a rarity in fast food places. It was fine but I wouldn't be bothered going again.
d. c.First time to visit in swords and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the burger and chips. Milk shake was really nice too.

L. W.My first ever visit to five guys and I was very impressed. Food was very tasty. I made the mistake of ordering the large fries... this was a meal in itself, I had no idea the portion would be so big. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I will certainly be back again soon.

K. G.We waited over 20 minutes to be served as there was only one person at the counter taking orders. The chips weren't very hot as they were cooked, put into their little holding cups and left until our burgers were ready. The burger was really good though.
N. K.I LOVE these burgers! And the fries are awesome. One minor criticism... They sort of squash the burgers when wrapping them up. But the taste more than makes up for it. Tip: 1 fries is enough for 2.
M. G.Top notch burgers and chips. The rumours are true, however. Only order a large chips if you are prepared to receive a brown paper bag full. It was bottomless. And I don't mean snack box from supermacs or fish and chips bottomless. This mocks all others. This never ended. I could feel myself start to sweat.
And I would have kept eating but I had a flight to catch. They're that good.

C. B.Burgers are nice but expensive for what you get. Fries were almost inedible from too much salt. If ordering as take out the food doesn't stay hot for long. As it's newly opened I would allow for improvements over time and perhaps return at a later date.
S. R.I would just like to say thank you to the young girl ( I can't remember her name , she was a tall Dublin girl with glasses )who served my family a couple of weeks back. She was nothing but helpful , and presented service with a smile . There was not enough she could do to help when I asked her to surprise my son for his birthday . Between putting the candles on the cake , lighting them , singing happy birthday with us and ensuring our meal was okay she was fantastic , she even went out of her way to bring over knives and forks for us to eat and cut the cake with. She is an absolute gem , a CREDIT to her manager and a huge asset to the company ! .Between the amazing food and exceptional customer service from this young lady I will be back again no doubt ! 100% worth the money !

D. T.New in Swords Pavilions. American style burgers with all the toppings you can imagine! Gorgeous chips and plenty of drinks refills, including water! One of our party was in a wheelchair and staff went out of their way to help with seating. Free peanuts in shells while waiting was a lovely quirky touch.
B. G.Was expecting a great food experience. Nothing wrong with the staff or the restaurant but the portion was tiny. Bit of a disappointing visit. A few of us had planned to go for a big feed. I was sent on a Reconnaissance mission, five guys failed miserably. But I am sure we will still go back soon enough.
B.Burgers would be more delicious if they grillled on actual flames not on the a regular grilling surface. Although it does not have that smokey grill taste, still, with all the toppings and stuff burger is delicious.

H.They had the really nice pulpy milkshakes that have oreos in them and the oreos are really soft but have a a nice dry bit in the middle and you could buy so much chips that you wouldn't have to eat for a day (unless your a very hungry person) and you could buy a soft drink that when you finish it you can fill it up again and again again and if soft drinks aren't your cup of tea you can get soft drinks no bubbles but I was sad because there wasn't five guys there but it was great a must go place on your trip to pavilions
