A. D.Loved it! In a prime location boasting some great architecture, this hotel proved to be the little getaway with a girl pal I was looking for. The receptionist was lovely. The food was heartwarming. The dinner on the bank holiday Sunday along with the Kerry Bramble stole the show. Great amenities and I can’t wait to be back.

Food was lovely. Good place to go for a date night. Staff was very friendly. Prices were ~€€ for dinner and drinks for two, and €€€ with the hotel stay. Reasonably priced in my opinion
L. G.I wrote this as professional viewer. Service was good,staffs was friendly, starter and mains courses just average but desserts was excellent. Portions was big and prices are cheap. Outdoor dining was nicely decorated and you can see the blue sky and can transferable to roof in the event of bad weather suddenly. The interior design is nice too.

n. o. r.Stayed last night with Fiancé and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was good and it was great to be able to eat indoors then head out to the bar. All the staff that we met were so nice!! Liam on reception, John the np and Rianna at breakfast couldn't do enough for us. The room was fine for us especially since we booked on a whim only slight problem we had was there was a strange clanking noise from 6 am onwards.. Might of been the lift as we were in room 103. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

N. H.The first weekend away after the lockdown to get away so off to banners hotel Tralee we went and what a fantastic night away from the time we arrived till time we left. Guinness 10 out of 10 same for the food and what can I say about the staff they were fantastic value for money out of the world every ware else had put there prices up banners did not. My covid-nental style breakfast was pretty cool too....at my room at 7am with lots of goodies to enjoy.

T. W.Great hotel with a restaurant and a bar 🥂🍽. It’s a great place for a party 🎉 I was at a 30th birthday party at the back part and it was brilliant there’s a full bar and a great floor space for dancing 💃🏽. Then I was at a lip sync battle night a few years back and that was in a separate part of the back part and it had a light up dance-floor and a great place to have a big birthday such as an 18th or a 21st 🥃

F. N.Really warm and friendly welcome from Pauline on reception. Parking available around the corner, not too far away, hotel is on the street without it's own car park. Downstairs area very fresh and contemporary. Our room was very comfortable and very clean, although the decor was dated so wouldn't choose here if was on a relaxing weekend away (reason for 4 and not 5 star(, we were attending a wedding in a nearby hotel so were not long in our room. The breakfast menu was very extensive, freshly prepared and really delicious.

A. R.Great hotel in Tralee just on the edge of the town centre 5 minutes walk and you are there.Stayed here on a Shearngs trip to Tralee and the Dingle Peninsula. The hotel is very clean with the rooms serviced each day. Food is very good with a varied variety. The bar stocks a range of Lager , beers, spirits and soft drinks. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They can provide transport details on reception. The dining room staff are all first class on customer service and very helpful. This is a family run hotel and everything about the place is first class. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here if you are in the area.

R. S.Good town centre location but I found that it was quite noisy when I stayed there. The room was decent for the price and was clean and comfortable. The hotel has an old feel to it, but it has been overhauled a few years back. I stayed there off peak season, so it was very good value.

T. P.Went in for lunch and thought we would try the food here. Had a coffee here previously and wanted to try the food as it is very reasonably priced for tralee. We were seated and a menu was brought over by a member of staff. We placed our order and was pleasantly surprised how tasty the wrap and panini were. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing would definitely recommend.

M. N.Don't be turned off by the location or rather not so spacious appearance outside, the place is very nice inside. I had my concerns though, they took my credit card including the CVV, they said its proof of ID. I feel this is against GDPR and I didn't sleep well thinking of the stories I've heard of some hotels & car hire companies illegally syphoning out money from customers credit cards. I cancelled ny card overnight.

R.No smoking area provided, we had to stand out on main street late at night to smoke, after being promiced we could use the courtyard once the party there had finished..( the gentleman started cleaning and that was it, no more smoking for us) the lift broke down, we were told they don't do cocktail's though there was a cocktail menu on the bar, but biggest laugh of all they have refused to take any further bookings from our group and won't explain why... Not that I'd be booking again anyway, 2 of the staff were lovely, the lady on the front desk and the young man behind the bar, but the rest need their skills polishing up, that's my review...

Overall the judgment is positive, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and like all Irish hotels the hotel has a pub for drinking and eating. Nel complesso il giudizio è positivo, stanze pulite e spaziose, personale cordiale e come tutti gli hotel irlandesi l'hotel dispone di un pub dove bere e mangiare. A mio giudizio la colazione non mi è piaciuta, poca varietà di prodotti da scegliere e anche la qualità non era il massimo.

Parken vor dem Hotel in der Zone möglich, ab 9 Uhr ist das Auto zu entfernen. Alles schon etwas älter, aber durchaus gut. Alles ist sauber, Service war sehr freundlich. Sorgen hat mir der Lift bereitet (hat ziemlich geruckelt beim Einsteigen). In die Innenstadt kommt man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten.
