Great service.Doesn't take too long to order the food and for the food to be received. Spacious outdoor dining space also available. Parking spaces are available but limited. Weekend mornings are quite and it is a great spot for breakfast.

Good seating area inside and outside. If you want to eat inside being proof of vaccination, otherwise you would be asked nicely to sit outside which is great as well. Personally I would like to sit outside anyways... Staff is nice and polite.

I've just ordered from you and when the order came it was wrong. I ordered a DOUBLE quarter pounder meal and I was charged for it but a single quarter pounder meal arrived. I tried ringing the Cork Road 4 or 5 times but with no success. Really disappointing

Nearly 5 stars but the drive thru is just not spacious whatsoever. I was going in to get into the line to pay but then this car came speeding and nearly caused a car crash. Not recommended to go through the drive thru.

Ok.... WHO in hell would review a MaccyDs. Again and again..... the STAFF .... make it. Whoever manages to keep these plates spinning at all times is a wizard. There is a corporate standard here ... upheld well. In these irregular times.... I am SOOOO relieved to walk into a McDonald's and receive a simple smile and given the best advice possible at that time. NOBODY.... has adapted and evolved as quickly as McDonald's. Very impressed.

McDonald's is McDonald's, nothing different from any other McDonald's but this one seems to be a busy place with a drive-thru which is fine but it might not be situated in the best place as traffic coming up to it and in it itself was very congested. Nice little eating area outside and the female toilets are clean. Other than the traffic situation, it's was a good experience.

Good location Easily accessible from the western side of Waterford city and easily spotted with the "Big M" in the distance. It is a busy McDonalds though and the compact car park can be a challenge. Turnover of orders is fast and the staff are helpful and friendly

MC Donald's is not as family friendly as it was, its now computerised ordering service now installed in all or most of its high street stores, they might be a welcome convience but have removed the personal family oriented atmosphere it once use to have. Old saying if Somting works and is not broken then don't fix it.

I give 5 instead of 3 More then 1 occasion my food was cold or got wrong ordee and had dealt with an angry staff member but was always rectified I'd always ring and tell them if I had cold food or wrong order so when I go back they would always sort me out

Clean facilities and predictable McDonald's menu👌 However, this is, at peak times, an extremely busy McDonald's with a tiny car park. Queues cause congestion on the main road to Cork from Waterford City, mainly due to a drive thru layout that makes no sense. It can cause frustration when cars that get into another line can be served before you.

Lovely space but parking and lack of inside spaces (tables) know to be crazy. Always need to worry will we have space or not and if not where to go. Often need to park somewhere else.
