M. O. S.Absolutely brilliant service. I was interested in a heavy bag (25kg) of bird food. I've had back surgery so was buying smaller, more expensive bags that are easier to handle. The staff offered to break the sacks into smaller bags and containers for me and load them in my car.
Nice professional selection of tools too, not an expert by any means, but I always see professional tradespeople in buying.

In a recent visit all current government Covid-19 legislation was evidently in place making it in the times we are in a very safe place to shop.
The 5 star rating is the least this shop deserves.

For the outdoors thet have rain gear and camping gear. There is parking on site which makes it very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful.

They have very rare stuff that others don't (like spark plugs for 1945y seagull boat motor) and the general selection of things is plentiful. I speak in words of my friends too. Very good hardware shop! Recommend to visit. And the screws, bolts and nuts are 50% if not more cheaper than in B&Q or Woodies. Possibly other stuff is cheaper, wasn't interested

I didn't spend much as I was only really browsing. The staff member I dealt with was so knowledgeable & helpful I really should have spent more. He went out of his way to find fasteners suitable for me. That said I will be back as will my son who was with me. Customers obviously matter to them.
