Good stock, most of the time can find what you want. Some of the staff is not friendly at all, they make you feel that they are annoyed just because you are there. Plumbing area opposite, staff is friendly and competent. Stock and prices are good.

This is my favourite hardware store in the Midlands, everything I need at a good price. Staff are friendly even though they are under alot of pressure with the influx of DIY projects during the pandemic.

The guys here always sort you out with what You're looking for and offer advice. They know what they're talking about. The prices are much better than some other retail hardware stores in town.
