M. C.Called Shannondoc for advice re an elderly parent who was unwell this afternoon, could not believe how good the service was, thought it would be a nightmare because of the pandemic etc, instead the Receptionist was very helpful and reassuring, then the nurse called me back almost instantly to discuss the situation further, followed by a call from the doctor on duty who could not have been more helpful and caring, took her time, listened, discussed options and delt with everything in such a warm and compassionate way. It was one of the best experiences I have had with the healthcare in years. We only ever hear about the negative aspect of these services so I wanted to post this because I felt the response we recieved was exceptional. Thank you.
