We only booked one night and it was fantastic value for money. The host was so super friendly. The location was perfect, only 30 minutes from lots of attractions and restaurants. The room was nice, the bed was very comfy! Best night sleep I've had in a long time. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, fresh tasty and came out of the kitchen very quickly, they couldn't have done any more for us. Fantastic value for money. Breakfast was by far the best part of the experience, we had it in the garden on very well presented table, so clean. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

We're in the middle of a 4 night stay and we are really enjoying the experience. John and Grainne are excellent hosts, natural, friendly and serving up lovely breakfasts. No issue fitting a 5th bed in one of their large family rooms to accommodate the 5 of us. Nice chill out room with free teas and coffees. Use of a fridge which is great. Close to lots of attractions in Cavan and Fermanagh with lots to do. Highly recommend Dungimmon House.

Very ped and family friendly. Wonderful service the room was just perfect. We enjoyed the evenings at the lunch/ living room. My son was happy about the basketball hub and are dog loved his free runs. A huge thank you to the family for a wonderful stay

So far so good. We stayed here for a midweek break and found it to be very nice indeed. My brother and his family had used it before and spoke very highly of it. The hosts are most welcoming. Well definitely be back.

Lovely quiet surroundings. A great base to visit lots of small towns and forest walks, both North and South of the border. Family run accommodation. Very pleasant and helpful. Very clean, comfortable ensuite room. Pleasant lounge with tea/coffee facilities. Dining Room looked really nice. I did not sample the food but I'm sure it was up to the same quality as the accommodation. Also dog friendly. Obviously they are not allowed in the lounge or the dining area. I have no problem recommending this accommodation.

Everything you would want from a B&B. Friendly and attentive hosts. Spacious clean room, good living room for relaxing and a superb freshly prepared breakfast.

A very nice hotel, and my room as spotless. John made my stay so welcoming.....and made possibly the best scrambled I have ever had!! Will definitely be back..5 stars is not enough!!

Lovely and well presented guest house with an attractive and peaceful lounge. Breakfast was great and kept me going for the entire day. Slept like a log. Only minus was the slightly iffy water pressure in the bathroom.

If you are looking for a 4* guest house in the Ballyconnel or surrounding areas.. .then THIS...is THE PLACE TO stay.... Great rooms ensuite....lovely freshly cooked breakfasts each morning...with lovely LARGE evening meals at the Anglers Arms only 5mins down the road..... Fantastic menu hosts in John and Grainnie who are ever so accommodating... Great fishing on the Erne or choose from many lakes in the area. Would we stay here again....YOU BET YOUR SWEET BIPPY WE WOULD...and...we are visiting again in September....brilliant.

Stayed here for my girlfriend's cousins wedding and John the owner of Dungimmon House was so helpful. We tried booking a taxi to ballyconnell and none were available and we hadn't eaten all day because we came from Galway early in the morning needless to say John and Ciara went above and beyond and made us sandwiches and all. The decor and furnishings are beautiful as well as the bedrooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Thanks again for everything! -Patrick

We were able to book a very nice room here at short notice. It was really great and comfortable. The breakfast was really great, there was a delicious Irish breakfast. I would book there again at any time.
