V. B.The hotel in itself is nice but some things aren't at all.
1. The breakfast: they charge 12euros per person and I can honestly say that it was terrible, all the food was bad quality and almost uneatable, in my opinion. The hot breakfast was the worst and you can get something way nicer somewhere else.
2. Whilst the rooms in itself are nice, they give you 2 rolls of toilet paper and there were stains on the bed sheets which is unacceptable. On top of this, the roof in the bathroom started leaking on our floor. They did change us rooms though which was nice.
For some reason it is also quite a noisy place, with a lot of banging during the night and strange noises.
3. The hotel in itself is quite far from the centre, you have to walk a good 15-20min which isn't the best if you are only staying a few days in Dublin.
4. Finally while the hotel in itself is 'nice' and staff quite friendly there are multiple things that aren't acceptable for the price you are paying.
J. C.Really friendly helpful staff.... Allowed us to check in at 11am as room was free, got us a taxi to our event.. No hassle. Bedroom lovely, genourous size, great shower, place nice and clean. TV in our room didn't work, although staff tried to fix it.. Offered to change our room for 2nd night,. as we declined offered us vouchers for breakfast and a voucher for a drink at the bar... We were happy to accept and were pleased with their efforts. Breakfast on Sunday was a little chaotic, they were short staffed and ran out of food... But have to say the staff remained polite and as helpful as possible... Which is a big plus... Everything will take a while to regulate after Covid. We had meal one evening.. Very well priced and good food. Only complaint, we wanted to sit in bar area to watch sport on TV (as we had none in our room) but the bartender wouldn't allow us... Feel that should be changed.. Bar food?? Overall very good hotel, good location, well priced and biggest plus very nice staff.. . Well done. Will be back!

M. I.While the hotel itself is a bit outdated, it is still a good place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean. We were here for a week and since room service is not available because of Covid, the staff made sure we have all our needs, from towels/coffee etc. Breakfast service is also very good. Overall you get your money's worth.

a. k.Lovely clean hotel staff are lovely and helpful, heating broke in our room staff soon resolved the issue and provided us with a heater offered an alternative room but not worth it as was our last night, food was great, breakfasts too. would go and stay at this hotel again.

A. D.Good place and good location for the price. I know that double glazing is rare in Dublin but that's the reason why I won't put more: our room was overheated to compensate for the single glazing. Beds were OK. Good place to go if you are with a group. Breakfast was too expensive so we didn't go for it. The team of the hotel is nice though: I would gladly go back with a group, but probably not with my partner.
S. C.Attended the Irish Nights Experience in The Belvedere Hotel. We had a wonderful night. Great food, a most enjoyable show with fabulous musicians and dancers and lots of laughs thrown in for good measure. The staff were very attentive. A night to be recommended.

K.Not often I say this but that hotel was spotlessly clean immaculate lovely bed and the breakfast option was amazing to full hot cooked food to pastry toast and jams to meats cheese fruit different juices and tea and coffee the staff were pleasant and polite just didn't get that warm friendly feel but very helpful and professional I do admit I would certainly stay again. One last niggle they need more signs in the corridors directing you to the life and stairs but again not a negative but a bit bewildering to start

The 3 course meal offered with the Irish Nights was probably one of the best most well prepared meals I have eaten. The show was fun and light hearted. I feel that staying here is almost a 2 for 1 deal. The breakfast they offered every morning was very adequate. I stayed for 4 nights.

The menu was limited, but everything was very good.
During dinner there was a show played on a projector screen at the front with videos of Irish dancing through the years.
The show was wonderful. The musicians were very entertaining, good fun and great at what they do and the dancers were fantastic too.
They do have some parts for volunteers to come and dance - so beware!
We had a wonderful night and will be returning when other family and friends visit.

M. K.I would say this is a very good 3 star hotel. My sister & I booked at very short notice for a week end to get in a musical, Wicked in the Bord Gas Energy Theatre, get some shopping and attend the Papal Mass in the Phoenix Park. We were ideally situated for all activity staying in yhe Belvedere Hotel. We arrived off the morning train and hoped to leave our luggage, however we were surprised and delighted we could check in. All staff were more than pleasant. Our room was a large family room. I had the best sleep I have had in a long time. Breakfast was buffet but was fresh and hot and staff to help with anything. Very obliging. The coffee was fresh ground and was delicious. We also booed the dinner for that night with trad music and dance show after the meal. The menu was limited in choice however the food was excellent.I woukd have no problem staying here again.

D.We were recommended by a family member to stay here because of its close proxmity to Temple street childrens hospital, we were to only stay for a few days, but but we ended up staying for 2 weeks! We were overwhelmed by the support and compassion shown to us as a family when the news we received was given,and the managers at reception and in reservations made sure our stay was as comfortable and for my mum and I. We will be forever grateful to you all, we are a few weeks since our stay but we had to write this review...this is why you deserve the 5 stars.. The room we stayed in was a superior room which had a fantastic shower and was a beautifully decorated. Everything was spotless and comfortable.. Everything in Dublin is within a short walk.
We had booked through extreme Ie as part of a hen weekend package.
We weren't able to check in before we left but were able to leave our bags.
I would have rated 5* only we were on the top floor and the elevator wasn't working. Normally that wouldn't bother me but having to carry bags etc up and down the stairs isn't great.
Bar/restaurant was great staff were attentive.

D. E.3 stars because only a few rooms have AC. The windows are bolted shut. We had someone come up and open them for us. It is sort of a walk to get to the right areas to visit. The bed is springy and the shower doesnt hold hot water too good. Also, the sink has two separate knobs for ice cold or boiling hot and it doesnt mix. We stayed 3 nights. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
