A. M.All of the staff were so lovely, welcoming and friendly, room was spotless, bed was very comfy, shower was amazing, plenty of storage in the room. Staff were so helpful and there for anything you need. Had to call very late with a first aid concern and someone came to our room very swiftly who had first aid training to assess the situation and really went above and beyond to make sure the situation was okay. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! When checking out we were offered to leave our bags in the hotel if we wanted and also offered bottles of water which was a really lovely gesture.
P.Decent room: it’s big, clean, comfy…anything you could think of a good hotel room, they have it. Our bathroom is awesome and comes with a bathtub. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, and the location is perfect. The price is reasonable among all of these.
(One small thing is that the slippers they provided are like… “real furry slipper”, not the ones made by paper. I’m impressed🤣)
E. “. M.This hotel is gorgeous. The design is flawless, the room we stayed in was huge with a nice size balcony. The resorts pool has a design that makes it resemble the beach which is breathtaking. From the pool and pier of the resort you can see all the planes flying in and out and it’s surprisingly not loud in the rooms. The hotel staff are super friendly. The vibe here is very chill and relaxed. LUIS at the pool bar is very attentive and he works hard if you order food which we have over by the pool he makes sure to go get it and bring it to you and he makes some tasty drinks!

Restaurant service was exceptional. We hadn't made a booking but they tracked us down when they had a cancellation. Food was really delicious and very reasonable especially considering the quality.

D. G.FABULOUS! Highly recommend The Morgan. We stayed 2 nights in late November. From lobby to elevators to rooms everything was sparkling clean, modern and stylish. Staff was extraordinary. We had booked early check in (noon) since we were arriving from US, but we stopped by to leave our bags at 7:30 am and they said our room was ready! And they had upgraded us to a quieter room away from the street. Beds were very comfy, bathroom was spacious and elegant. Large tiled walk-in shower, upgraded fixtures. Multiple USB ports for charging. We didn’t go in the restaurant or bar but they looked very nice. Best location for sightseeing. I could go on, but if you’re planning a visit to Dublin I would definitely book The Morgan.

K. O.Our last hotel in Dublin before heading back to Toronto. If you want to get a good night's sleep, it's not going to happen here. Also, in getting two rooms, one was the size of a closet, and the other was fair however, they were the same price. Not exactly how it should be but, wouldn't recommend this hotel.

J. S.Decent rooms, good rates, the perfect location, and a great hotel bar are your top reason to make this your home base. The service can be a bit off in the hotel unless you're at the bar--most of those folks are fantastic, most especially Mary, who will definitely ascend quickly through the hospitality industry as she's smart, personable, the best at what she does and just "gets it" when it comes to taking care of guests. I'd stay here again.
N. &. A. S.My family, friends and I stayed at the Morgan hotel the night before my wedding in August and it was nothing short of perfect! The staff went out of their way to help us with everything- at one point, the general manager brought us a full length mirror for the hairdresser to get us ready! I stayed in the Aston Suite, which is stunning and was ideal for such a special occasion; all other members of our group said their rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We couldn’t recommend the hotel highly enough!

P. F.Five of us girlfriends stayed in two rooms, one with three single beds and one with two doubles. We were pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade at check-in, for the double room. Rooms were lovely. Good shower - ours had a wide square head. Nespresso machines and pods in both rooms and toiletries from the Handmade Soap Co. Room was nice and quiet and the windows were openable. Beds comfy. Restaurant food was excellent. They had an extensive and unusual cocktail menu. Location is convenient for shopping, being between the Grafton and Henry St areas. There is a Tesco Express across the street. Great buzz outside too. Staff were friendly and helpful.
T. c.We had a lovely stay at The Morgan. The room was spotless, housekeeping were attentive and it was quiet considering it was just on the edge of the main strip of Temple Bar.
The only reason we give it a 4 star is because breakfast wasn’t great. There was enough choice but very dis jointed service. Took ages to order coffees and they took ages to arrive. Then when we ordered crossiants and a cooked breakfast, it all arrived at the same time.
We were 2 of 8 other people in the restaurant at the time so it wasn’t busy with 2 people serving. Also the breakfast is pricey at 18 euros if you don’t pre book it each day. Certainly isn’t worth that much!

From the moment I step foot in this hotel, I was given the utmost attention and a great welcome.
The hotel itself is lovely. Very modern design from front of house right up to the rooms.
Anything I needed from reception was sorted out swiftly, with all staff whom I encountered offering a warm and friendly attitude. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
Working in the retail/customer focused business myself....my experience was excellent.
Overall, I loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

Lovely cocktails in the bar, great selection. Breakfast in bed on the Saturday, lovely food.
We would definitely stay here again as its so close to a great selection of pubs and restaurants.

They recommended some places to visit in a day as we were in Dublin only for 24hours. The check in and check out process was pretty smooth. The hotel itself was very good, rooms were spotless, and a good size. The hotel is located in the city centre so it was a quick walk to most places of interest. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was nice. They also had a good size TV and a little Nespresso machine in the rooms. All in all a great experience and we would definitely recommend it.

T.I don't have any photos but this hotel was stellar. It was right in the middle of Fleet Street, in Dublin, and the staff was exceptionally helpful, and the room was quiet and full of nice surprises like a n'espresso machine and several variety pods of coffee, also bags of Irish Tea, a large modern shower, lots of lights, a room service tablet device, TV, and a/c.
Breakfast was supposed to come with my room, but I had to leave for the airport before they started serving. They told me they could make a cold "breakfast to go" box with tea to send me off with instead, and they did: tea, water bottle, yogurt, spoon, napkin, weetabix, and pastries.

A. W.I have just returned from a 2 night stay in this hotel and I can not recommend it or it’s staff highly enough.
Prior to our stay I spoke with reception to ask if at all possible for an early check in as our flight landed early.
On arrival at 1045 we were given the key to our room straight away. The staff member on reception was absolutely marvellous. Friendly , polite and welcoming.
Within minutes of getting to our room we received a call checking that the room was to our liking.

To help us with the air conditioning and within minutes a member off staff arrived. Again within minutes of leaving us he called to see if it was working ok.
The location of the hotel is superb and having stayed in Dublin many times over the years I would always recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff at this hotel honestly made us feel so welcome and I would not hesitate returning here again and again.

S. O.Rui is the man!!! I asked him for a cocktail and he made me the best drink I have ever had . An old fashioned. He his for sure the best barman/cocktail maker in Dublin be back for sure.
S. K.Very good. The manager upgraded us when their check asked if all was well and I said the room was a bit small. He put us in a bigger room which really made our stay in Dublin. We had room to spread out and repack after 6 weeks travelling. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a good position to visit all the attractions we wanted to see in Dublin.

S. S.Location is fantastic and the front desk staff was amazing. New rooms with nice decor everywhere. However, very cheap mattresses that you could feel the spring and our king size bed was 2 twins that you could feel the seam. Bathroom towels were as rough as 500 grit sandpaper and the bathroom “door” doesn’t stop any bathroom noises or smells from making it to anyone else staying in the room. Overall a decent room, but maybe not at $200 a night.
N. D. N.We stayed at the Morgan our last night in Ireland. After quaint guest houses and B&B’s with no AC this was the lap of luxury. Staff was amazing from check in to check out. Helpful with luggage and getting us coffee before we climbed into our taxi.
The rooms were very nice and the shower was fantastic. Everything you needed was available.
Wish I had thought to ask about where the pillows could be available for purchase, as they were perfect for this tummy sleeper. The hotel bar was beautiful and the service there 5 star as well. Worth every penny.

B. M.Its a clean hotel with friendly staff. Exchange rate is spot on so if you need to change USD to Euro this place was great. Right in the heart of the action in Temple bar and they do give you some credit towards parking if needed.
The room we had was nice and access to cable even easier. The only part that was rough was the glass bathroom doors. Being from US we enjoy our extreme privacy when it comes to bathroom, shower and beyond. The glass door we overcame but I was not a fan.

L. G.We had a staff summer party at The Morgan Hotel last Friday. We had a BBQ in The Courtyard and had the most fantastic time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and really looked after us. I'd especially like to mention Roberto our server who was so helpful and wore a smile the entire night. Brian the chef was also very friendly and the food was amazing and there was lots of it too! I can't recommend The Morgan Hotel enough for a BBQ party, we'll definitely be back!

It's located very good spot in the heart of the Temple bar. Basically It's advantage but it also means it's very loud even after midnight.
They gave me a meal package as an alternative of breakfast buffet as my request.
I appreciated it. But although the breakfast buffet costs more than 20 euros, they gave me just a banana, an apple, 2 snack bar, 1 water bottle as an alternative. Maybe it costs under 5 euros total. I can't help but disappointing.

Was my first time to eat in 10 fleet street restaurant and will define returning. I am pregnant so had a alcohol free cocktail which was absolutely delicious! Packed a punch with flavours (most places I've tried are just just and soda water). The food was beautifully presented and well balanced with flavour, couldn't fault the place.

R. R.If you are cocktail lover, Morgan's hotel bar is probably the best cocktail place in Dublin. From beautiful heated whiskeys and cognacs, rose water parfumed cocktails to fabolous gin and tonics. Garden / courtyard area very stylish and quirky, staff very friendly and eager to help.

A. F.Located in a great part of Dublin. I was pleased by the cleanliness of the rooms and overall establishment. The staff was extremely precessional, attentive, and courteous. I found the attention to details and quality of service outstanding. For example, this area of Dublin had a healthy nightlife. There were live street performers outside when I checked in. That was sort of cool and totally fine. However, I was there on business and wanted a good night's sleep. I asked for a quiet-ish room. The person helping replied with, "we already took care of that. We noticed that you were hear on business and reserved you a quiet room facing the back. Amazing. In the room there was a have written note and a box of chocolates waiting. I had not stayed here before, but will definitely be coming back.

Neutral: boutique hotel more for the younger crowd. DJ on the weekends with M-F happy hour.
Cons: very loud, even at night. Hotel offers ear plugs as music continues to play. Not a good place to bring kids or adults that do not plan to be up late. Temperature either runs too hot or too cold. Attention to detail was lacking, no shampoo refilled, missing silverware each breakfast, fire alarm went off for ten minutes, etc. Lighting in bathroom is poor.

M. W.Overall, it was OK and I wouldn’t not recommend but it’s in the small details that make a great experience and I feel this is where the Morgan Hotel has let me down
Overall the room was pleasant, but cold! This was exacerbated by the window not closing properly
The shower room needs some maintenance and you will see on the pictures that part of the shower needs fixing
Finally, a small point, but the pen on the side was broken! See picture. This is a minor point, but if a hotel doesn’t care enough to put a pen that isn’t broken in my room, what else don’t they care about!
Like I said, I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel, but there needs to be some attention in the small details to improve the experience
j.I have mixed reviews about this hotel. I do have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect. However the problem wasn't with the service it was the bathroom. I changed 3 times in the first 20 mins of checking in.
The first room was to the front side of the hotel (very loud) on the first floor, I could imagine being in temple bar with the pub closes it is massively loud, but you couldn't even use the toilet as it was so close to the shower that you were just simply unable to sit. Building regulations should be notified as many rooms seems to be like this after I spoke to an American couple in the elevator who told me that they have to sit side ways as the hotel refused to help them. Terrible
The 2nd room, somehow I feel Like goldilocks, the room was to the back, window directly into a brick wall but the shower was un-useable as the shower tap was directly where you lean back for the bath. So basically to stand in the bath for the shower water where it wouldn't hit you body was pointless. Another bad design.
I complained and showed the manager whom then changed me to another room on a higher floor which turned out to be perfect. Bedroom area was very comfortable.
I only had breakfast and I only had porridge, which was ok. Everything else didn't really hit it for me. What did hit me was the kitchen staff behind a closed shutter shouting at one another in foul language. I mean who cares about guests. Terrible.
A late check out even if it was 10 mins was €20 per hour, I decided to skip this as I was paying rack rate.
Would I return, remains undecided. I would rather not go through the drama of changing rooms for the basic requirements of not being able to sit on the toilet or use the shower.

G. V.Very chic, stylish hotel right in the centre of the Temple Bar district. There is regular laid-back live music during the day, and at night it turns into a lively buzzing club with a DJ on the ground floor. Luckily, we were on the 4th floor, and we couldn't hear anything when the windows were closed, despite our room facing right onto the main street. The room itself was lovely, though a bit on the small side for the price we paid, and wardrobe space was minuscule, however the shower room was a fine size. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and main meals later in the day were also very good. If you like a cocktail or two, then you'll like their's. Drinks in general (like everywhere else in the Temple Bar area) aren't cheap, so watch out for 10% off vouchers for food and drink, as cards are regularly handed out when passing the front door during the day. All-in-all, I couldn't fault the staff or the hotel, and I would definitely recommend The Morgan, and would consider going back... just pity the prices were so high.

I did not, I tried calling room service and reception a number of times but no one picked up. I had to go down to reception to enquire. However the hotel were apologetic and took 10% off dinner meal.

G. W.I stayed at The Morgan for the second time last week 25th & 26th Jan 2019 as part of a group for a hen do. The hotel itself is fabulous, the rooms are lovely and it’s in a great location for whatever you want to do. They also have a lovely bar & restaurant area. From the minute I arrived until I left nothing was too much trouble & everything was done with a smile on their face really putting the customer first. Jane, Desirae & Adrian in particular went out of their way to show us some fantastic hospitality. In fact all the staff we came across were brilliant, very customer focussed and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend this hotel and it’s staff anymore! I’ll definitely be staying there again and telling people to stay there if they’re going to Dublin.

The hotel has also a stylish bar, open to non-clients too, which is one of Dublin's hottest spots.
If you don't like it, Fleet Street, heart of the city nightlife, is just outside the lobby.

N. N.I only come here to pee everyday - never stayed in the rooms. But the common areas are always clean - especially toilets. Someone is always busy cleaning, fixing, decorating or improving things. Interior is stylish - you can see people put thought into it. Chill and not overly serious atmosphere. I like to pee here.

Solides, aber recht teures Hotel direkt am Beginn des Pub-Viertels von Temple Bar. Fenster zur Straße sind relativ ungedämmt, daher war es recht kühl und klamm im Zimmer. Nachts bis 3 Uhr sehr laut wegen dem Partyvolk auf den Straßen, aber das war zu erwarten. Dafür ist man mittendrin. Bad recht klein, aber funktional. Überall fehlen die letzten 10% Liebe zum Detail, Toilettenpapier liegt halt als lose Rolle neben dem Klo, die nasse Seife glitscht nach dem Händewaschen neben dem Waschbecken auf dem Tischchen rum. Aber ich denke, sowas nimmt man in Dublin eben nicht so krumm. Hotelangestellte sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Würde wieder kommen.
