We had a lovely stay in the Beernaun house B/B .Very happy with our room .The lady of the house was very friendly..

Pleasant little B&B (well technically only Bed! Due to Covid) nice room with plenty of space. We had a twin which had one double and one single in. Shower was HOT 🔥 take care but once sorted, lovely. Nice walk to the village (about 20mins) for restaurants and coffee shops. Would stay again

This is a very homely facility & in an ideal location for us attending a wedding in Darver Castle. The owners were extremely helpful and made sure we enjoyed our one night stay. Rooms were spacious, spotless and very comfortable. In the evening Therese the owner made two trips dropping the 6 of us into the village which was a lovely gesture. The full Irish breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options and we loved the china tableware !!! Before we left for the wedding at 1.30pm we were given more coffee/tea & biscuits which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a B&B in and around Dundalk.

My wife and I stayed here just recently as she had a high school reunion to attend. Hosts are both very friendly and so helpful. They even offered to drop us off in town on more than one occasion while waiting for a taxi. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. Rooms are very nice and have everything you need. Had a wonderful stay here last weekend, Teresa was a wonderful host and really went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous especially the sausages. Will definitely be staying again, see you in October xx

Such a lovely guest house. So glad we found this gem of a place during our search for places to stay in Dundalk while attending a family wedding. The hosts Neil & Theresa welcomed us with a smile and it had a warm friendly atmosphere with little Lucky the dog there to greet us as well 😍! Neil offered to take us to the wedding venue and gave us a taxi number for our return. Our room was clean and spacious and breakfast the next morning was great. Quickly served, hot and tasty and nothing was a bother. Would highly recommend Keernaun House and will def stay again if were back in the area.

Handy location for what we wanted, lovely comfortable room, great breakfast but best till last the hostess, Theresa made us so welcome, we were going to a wedding and one of us forgot our blouse, she opened her wardrobe to us, dressed us, including jewellery and gave us a lift to the venue, could not say enough about how great she was. Loved everything about this place. The owners of this B&B treated us like family. Friendly does not fully express the reception we had. The breakfasts were so good, it was the perfect start to each day. It is quiet. The guests felt comfortable. The room we had was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but well set. It is perfectly located between Dublin and Belfast. We were able to use this location as a central point to visit from there to Kinsale, Galway and Belfast. We would return to Keernaun House anytime.

What a lovely, welcoming B'n'B. We have been staying here whilst our house gets painted and we've had a great experience. The breakfast is really good with cereals and hot food served to your table. The owners are so friendly and helpful. When it was frosty one morning they kindly defrosted my husbands car window. Will definitely return !

A really lovely B&B located about 15min walk from Blackrock Village. It is family owned and the owner was waiting at the door for us to let us in when we parked. The room very very nice and quite spacious with ensuite bathroom. There was tea/coffee and biscuits in the room. The breakfast consisted of cereal and also a full Irish breakfast (delicious). There was also a vegetarian option.

Traditional family run BB. Super friendly and good food! Nothing too fancy, but when you're looking for a reasonably priced spot to hang your hat for a night or two this is it. Our family room had a queen for my wife and I and my two kids each got their own bed.

This place is just less than a mile away from blackrock sea view and just 10 mins drive from the town it does nice food. A evening meal is €12.50 each food is 10 out if 10 the hosts are very welcome and very nice people who will help you in anything. The breakfast is €5.00 which is in the price but you get a irish bteakfast which is lovely. I would go again as the rooms are clean and en suite in rooms.
