Amazing view of the mountains from the property, specially the breakfast area. From a cleanliness point of view - the property was immaculate. The host Lynn was very nice. In the mornings, we were served hot Irish breakfast with tea/coffee, which was quite good. They also have option of continental breakfast. On-site parking was available. The B&B is at a good distance from the town centre. We were given the top floor room number 11 next to the stair case, with an ensuite bathroom. The room was not that spacious, as mentioned in the other reviews. The only thing we didnot like is the size of the bed. Though it was a double bed, it was quite small for us to sleep in. We were kind of disappointed with that as couldnot get much sleep. Also, the size of the shower room was small; it was quite compact. Other than that, our experience was allright. The location is amazing, but our room experience diminished the fun.

Absolutely perfect place to stay! Lynn is an absolute gem 🙏 We stayed for 5 nights in total and the breakfast each morning was fresh and very tasty. Rooms are Absolutely immaculate and very spacious. Such a well kept property. 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you for your hospitality Lynn 🙏

Very clean and modern B&B with a lovely cooked breakfast. The is a large rear garden where I played football with my son on a couple of mornings. The place is 3 minutes drive from Carlingford village so a great starting point for hiking in the hills or exploring the castle and monasteries in the village. Lynn and Johnny were lovely people and have plenty of recommendations for our trip to Carlingford. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this place or staying here again. Lovely experience.

Exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed B&B. A beautiful location with a short drive into the village square for an evening meal. Excellent breakfast with the most friendly and helpful owners. Will definitely return.

Pleasant night in a comfortable room. The bathroom is a little small (a girl needs space...) the welcome is a little shy but the owner is polite and smiling. The best: eating your Irish breakfast next to a superb view of the mountains and the sheep in the neighboring field!
