P. G.Julie was a wonderful hostess who made us feel very welcome. She was helpful and informative, and very friendly. The room was lovely, large and filled with light from the picture window which shows fantastic views across the countryside. We slept very well in the comfortable bed, and it was so quiet due to the location. The en-suite bathroom was large also, with a brilliant, hot shower. Our breakfast on both mornings was cooked fresh and was very tasty. A very good start to the day. What more could you want from a B&B? We would love to return another time.
M. H.This is a very special B &B in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland. we wee welcomed with open arms despite only giving them short notice of our arrival. Felt like part of the family from the second we arrived. Stunning B&B, clean and really quite wonderful.
D. M.I just had such a lovely stay at Carrickmourne House. The B&B and surrounding property is beautiful, the owner is the sweetest and the breakfast was amazing. She also gave us some great recommendations on places to visit that ended up being some of our favorite stops in Ireland. I'd definitely stay here again.
It's also a very safe place to stay as a solo traveler if that is important to you.
