Great bed & breakfast, wonderful hosts. The only complaint was it was a fairly hot night in mid August with no air conditioning and the open windows didn’t cool the room off until early morning.

I love this place. I first stayed at Rosquil during their first year in business and have been back every time I’ve visited Kilkenny. I love the welcoming hospitality from Rhoda and Phil and a lovely homely guest house environment. Rosquil is a lovely guesthouse and one you’ll always remember. The breaky is top class too!

Warm welcome on a very warm day. Good quality decor and furnishing from reception area and throughout. Breakfast cooked personally with fresh ingredients so full of flavour. Local hotel and Inn provide nearby dining options, or the town a little further.

Brilliant apartment for a couple of days when visiting Kilkenny for the first time. Only a mile from the centre so we could walk or get the bus.. only €2. Very well appointed and great wifi etc.

10 minutes safe walk to town. Large rooms, and good breakfast. Parking in the back. I was bitten by something on my neck and arms I am sure are not mosquitoes. Windows are open, so don't know what happened, or other bugs. I am the only one bitten.

Phil & Rhoda have been doing this a long time, & it shows. They were the most amazing hosts! When we checked in, Phil offered maps & suggestions of where to eat, the the quickest way to walk downtown, & which pubs had music, etc. In the morning he cooked us a delicious breakfast! Very comfortable room. Wish we could stay longer! I highly recommend The Rosquil House if you are in Kilkenny, or even just passing though!

This is the best B&B ever!!! The hosts will make you feel right at home. The rooms are spotless and beds so comfortable you feel like you are sleeping on the cloud! The breakfast is made to order and absolutely delicious! My kids got so attached to the wonderful hosts, kods were in tears to say good bye! Our entire family highly recommend!

Rosquil House has been the best B&B we have stayed in thus far. Beautiful, elegant, clean and classy. Very friendly owners, good breakfast. Would recommend and definitely use there facilities when staying overnight in Kilkenny. Walking distance from town (10 min) and about 20 min from Kilkenny Castle.

A lovely B&B to stay at while visiting Kilkenny. A spacious and comfortable room, lots of parking, kind hosts, and one of the best breakfasts we had while in Ireland. The poached pears were amazing! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This B&B is absolutely lovely. We are a party of 4 that slept very coumfortably in a large room upstairs with a big window bringing in lots of sunshine. We were warmly welcomed by a sweet lady upon our arrival. Everything was VERY clean - surprisingly so. The breakfast was AMAZING. A large, hearty breakfast with a buffet of pastries, juices and yogurts along with either a full Irish breakfast or freshly made omelet. Everyone we encountered here was sweet. What a precious B&B. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We stayed in the mews house. Self catering. The owners were fantastic the area was clean and relaxing. Very accommodating very inviting nothing too much trouble. Phil and his lovely wife Rhoda are excellent hosts. Oh and don't forget the darling dog 'lottie '. Brilliant stay.

Lovely, quiet and clean place with warm and friendly owners. A great place to stay and do daily trips to nearby cities and sights. We were here for 14 days and would choose it again on our future trips. Added bonus is a lovely garden behind the house.

Breakfast is so delicious with fresh fruits, juices, self made marmelade and a various selection of omlettes. The staff is very friendly and unobtrusive. We enjoyed having breakfast in a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The town centre is about 15 min walk away. Very lovely .... thanks a lot.
