One of the most gorgeous places I have ever seen. I'm not sure if it was newly renovated but God it is just too beautiful. It's worth every penny and the view, outstanding. We had such a beautiful room that the sleep we had after a night of camping was like we were floating on the beautiful bed under the duvet. Breakfast was spot on and super healthy and delicious. Have to say this was the best bed and breakfast I’ve ever stayed at. The views were beautiful to wake up too every morning. The host claire could not of made us feel more welcome. Stayed in the family room was to die for. Breakfast was amazing those pancakes were divine and such a good selection. Never write a review but this really does deserve one.

Beautiful house in spectacular location . Great views from dining room and lounge . Lovely gardens . Rooms in tip top condition with lovely bed linen . Claire , our host , was so attentive and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful . Her team were so nice and very helpful . About 10 minutes drive to Kinsale town . Would recommend highly !

This B&B has a more hotel feel to it, it did not feel very personal. It has a great view, the dogs are sweet and the rooms are furnished nicely. Breakfast was good too. Price wise it is less money for value than others, it is a bit on the expensive side. I wouldn't recommend it, but wouldn't avoid it either.

Would highly recommend staying here. The room was beautiful decorated and clean, and the hosts were very pleasant. They even had a happy little pup greeting you at the door. Lots of choices for food at breakfast and the view of the Irish countryside was incredible. Great value for your money.

A wonderful place to stay while in Ireland! So clean and comfortable, you feel at home! Great advice as to where to eat and what to see. Loved the delicious breakfast and adorable bedrooms ( truly appreciated an American outlet,)! Finally, the kids thought the friendly doggy was their new best friend!

Rivermount House B&B Kinsale is definitely a top-notch B&B. The exterior design of the house is beautiful, the parking lot is spacious and nice, the interior is bright and clean, the owner is warm and welcoming. After the stay, people can fully relax and relax. You can enjoy the beautiful afternoon tea with beautiful lighting. . The most memorable thing is the freshly boiled breakfast. The meals are varied and delicious, and the owner's intentions can be seen. The homestay is located on a small hill, so the view of fresh air is excellent, and of course it is quiet and noisy after night. If you are not afraid of the traveler, I would highly recommend this B&B.

Rivermount House is our favorite place to stay in Ireland. This summer was our 12th stay there. Claire, Martin, Kate and Lucy along with dogs Charlie and Lola have made each of our stays memorable. From the magnificent view to the 110volt (US electricity) in the comfortable guestrooms to the wonderful sitting areas to the fabulous breakfasts (the crepes or salmon surprise are a wonderful way to start the day), Rivermount can't be beat.

Very welcome staff , gave us some tips for touring in the area, tasty breakfast , freshly made. Clean room with nice view from the window. Soft and comfortable bed , wonderful location. The WiFi signal is a bit weak , sometimes doesn't work well

It is a bit too crowded and big for a b&b. The shower didn't work well. The breakfast was okay. The hosts were not really giving any information and when we asked a suggestion the answers were short and quick so we felt like they didn't have time. It is definitely a family business but they don't seem enthusiastic. Maybe it was in the beginning different. The room looked clean but the prices are too high for the service you get from them.

Terrific B&B just out Kinsale. The rooms are very nicely furnished and kitted out well. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and cooked to your liking. The proprietor can organise a local taxi to bring you into the town which costs €10 on average. Well worth a visit.

First, GO TO Kinsale. On an overall wonderfully exceptional trip of Ireland, Kinsale stood out. Very beautiful location with a very comfortable amenities (Beds, bedroom, dining room, sitting area.) The Full Irish breakfast exceeded expectations (how do you improve on perfection, they did). The local walks and the drive to Old Fort were remarkable. BTW, bring your clubs and make a tee time at Old Fort GC.

I absolutely loved staying here, would highly recommend staying here so friendly and welcoming! If I ever get back to kinsale I will be staying here again. Only 5 mins from old kinsale head (driving) but you could walk. And a great location for the other sights around and the town! Guest house deserving its 5 stars. A little far from Kinsale about 5 kms but quiet. Reasonable price for the quality of the establishment may be due to its geographical position. A little impersonal but hey...Recommended.
