A. B.Brilliant place. Mary is an amazing host and the rooms were very clean. James is exceptionally welcoming and kind.
The area is near the golf club, so if you're planning to spend your night after a long day playing golf, would recommend this place.
Breakfast was ok, sufficient car park space.

A. B.Mary and James treat you like long lost relatives the minute you enter. We stayed in the Tom Watson suite for two nights, it was so big and comfortable, definitely worth 5 stars. The breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous too with a big emphasis on locally sourced ingredients

N. H.I stayed at the 19th Lodge last weekend and the whole experience was a delight! Beautiful rooms, great breakfast with loads of options, really close to a beautiful beach and the views of the golf course were amazing from our room. The best part of the whole experience was meeting Mary & her husband James two of the nicest people I’ve ever met! You get a welcome here the minute you come in the door and it feels like home from home! We loved chatting to Mary after our breakfast and having a lovely chat and laugh before we checked out! If you are staying in Ballybunion and want Irish hospitality this is the place! Thank you Mary we will definitely be back! N&T x

I was there with 2 friends from Dublin on the May bank holiday & we all booked single rooms. We were playing golf across the road! What a joy!
Breakfast was first class with a wonderful choice. There were delicious yoghurt & fruit sundaes as well as a great selection of fruits & bakes.
The chat with our hosts was great & so lovely to see Irish hospital very much alive & well.
I will definitely be back & can highly recommend the 19th Lodge.

V. T.Stayed there last weekend during a motorbike rally that I participated in. Could not pick a much better place. Mary and James are super warm, super welcoming and super friendly. Their property feels homey and super clean. The shower is out of this world with great selection and delicious breakfast. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

V. H.Superb place! Borrowing of course from the Anglo-Saxon style, we stayed in a large and beautiful room. King size bed for a tall man 😊.
Everything you need is provided in the room: TV, wifi, iron and ironing board, kettle, etc.
The room was a little cool but we didn't feel cold.
The breakfast is royal, of good quality and varied.

G.I stayed with my husband in this Lodge and it was a wonderful experience first of all for Mrs Mary Beasdley and her husband James who with so much passion and love have continued to take care of and prepare their lodge for us customers for many years. We were in the Tom Watson mini suite, beautiful, large, with 3 windows that guarantee sun all day. From one of the windows you can see the first players at 7.40 am on the tee time of hole 1 of the carshen course. Black and white bathroom, well-kept, with bathtub with shower option and its own window. The breakfast is always excellent with their very attentive presence

8.B&B in an excellent location, 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot, alongside the golf course, from the town centre. Spacious and very clean rooms, carefully furnished, James and Mary are very courteous, you should follow their directions on restaurants in the area!
T.Host James and hostess Mary provided a warm welcome and immediately arranged a table in the beautifully situated restaurant of Ballybunion golf course. The rooms and lounge are very spacious and fully equipped. The care was excellent. Even if you don't like golf, you can take a beautiful walk along the beach of Ballybunion via the golf course.
