Beautiful Hotel Bar, staff very friendly. Covid certs & I.d. checked. Lovely menu, great variety and well priced. Portions were decent, side salads were really nice and fresh. Toasted sandwiches were really well filled, and chips were delicious. Would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay in Manor West Hotel. We have celebrated our daughters birthday and they helped us to make is very special for her. Very family friendly with a lovely leisure centre. Breakfast was super nice. We have tried bar for lunch. Menu is simple but everyone had something to pick from the menu. Staff was very helpful amd always there if needed. We will definately go back again.

A lovely ,family friendly, comfortable, quiet, hotel. Manor West has a gym and pool , serviced by friendly staff, where cleanliness is uppermost. They have an intimate restaurant, which is a cosy spot to meet up with friends, for breakfast or relaxing, coffee. Being alongside the Shopping Centre, retail choice is,- literally-next door.The Hotel is approximately 2km from town centre, and 10km from several , safe, blue flag beaches.

Pros ;Lovely hotel, very clean ,staff are very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was nice Cons; Dinner menu and food quality were not great I got the beef burger and chips - I couldn't actually cut the burger with the knife as it has that hard , waitress quickly addressed this and brought out a new one which wasn't great either. Unfortunately i gave them a 2nd chance and had the "steak sandwich" what I received was not a steak sandwich iv had thicker Hamburgers from McDonald's! *I would stay in the hotel again but wouldn't dine there.

HIGHLY RECOMMENT THIS PLACE. Ive been there many times before as I always wanna go back since its so good! Beautiful rooms, big and fun pool, wonderful food and amazing customer service! Also in a wonderful place with many things to do and also many beautiful sights near! All I can say is.. COME HERE AS ITS THE BEST💗

I have to say caramel and Sean divine at reception stood out for being so friendly and helpful i was on the active retired break deal with my wife. caramel promised me scones and tea in the package deal and I have to say they did not disappoint it was a lovely touch. Lovely hotel, stayed there with my family and enjoyed our holiday. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was unreal and the puddings were gorgeous, especially the candy floss roulade! Breakfast was lovely with a great variety to suit everyone and the staff could not have been friendlier. The swimming pool was great and the staff in there were very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend.

Just back from a 2 night stay, our second year in a row. Staff are so helpful especially Honour on the main desk. Nothing was too much hassle and she went out of her way to make our children enjoy their stay. They have a fabulous playroom(with toilet) which is as perfect for our 2 toddlers! The pool is fabulous and child/family friendly. Bedrooms are nice spotless clean and the daily house keeping is top standard. Ours was done while we had breakfast. Breakfast was lovely and the children loved the pancakes - restaurant dining was fabulous also! Will defo go back as it’s such a child/family friendly hotel

Having pool opened from 10 (or 8) to 12 and then from 16 to 18 is a joke. There should be definitely more time allocated, especially in the evening. Having said that, we enjoyed thoroughly staying in the hotel. 210eur for executive suit on the weekend in the middle of July is really not that bad compared to other hotels around. Suit is nice and spacious, with jacuzzi bath and working AC (that is really important this summer). Breakfast was decent and hotel staff was very helpful especially in the bar and in the gym/pool. Definitely will be number one choice in future in this area (Dingle is only 45 minutes away).

Despite not being able to use the leisure centre, though the gym was open (not fun of gyms 🤷‍♀️) and checking out the day before the swimming pool was due to be reopened, all consequences of C-19 😒, we had a lovely seven-day stay. Highlights: cleanliness👍and great staff 👏. Also, they hadn't hiked the prices, like other hotels/B&Bs have done. Well done! ☘

We would just like to thank all the staff in manor west hotel for the friendly helpful and outstanding service we received in all aspects from the reception, leisure club, restaurants, bar and not forgetting the housekeeping staff while we were guests here this week. The hotel is fabulous and so clean couldn’t find fault if you tried. The food was also so tasty and beautifully presented and of course quick service made getting a toddler to eat a whole lot easier. Very child friendly hotel with a large Lobby, great leisure club( which gives hats, swim nappies, floaties and towels to the guests) which is a great help! Not forgetting the playroom “The Den” our little girl absolutely loved this room with some beautiful wooden toys, toilet and nappy changing facilities, arts and crafts and pretend play areas. Really liked how they organized everything for guests in respect to Covid-19 with set leisure club times for guests only and the booking for breakfast and dinner was so easy. Rooms were very spacious for us with a toddler who needed a cot and a mother who brought everything bar the kitchen sink with her. We had a fantastic time and even better our toddler who has never stayed anywhere else bar her home with COVID and is usually very shy to not seeing many people again due to COVID had to the time of her life. Thanks again for everything. We would highly recommend staying here for a family holiday anytime. We look forward to returning again soon.

This is a lovely fresh/ clean hotel & very modern. I had a kingsize bed & balcony in 221. Location is very good beside a shopping centre. The food was very tasty too & very helpful staff. My Only criticism is the pillows (All four) were So flat & hard, quite uncomfortable! It was a disappointment after coming from a Rad Blu which had very comphy/ springy pillows. Everything else was Great, would recommend to a friend.

Manor West is always my choice in Tralee. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean . There is plenty of parking , both in the surface and underground car parks . The food is excellent. But the real stand out is the staff . Honor and Brian at reception make you feel like a family friend . Nothing is too much trouble . During lockdown, travelling for essential purposes and as a very vulnerable person, Manor West’s cleaning regime made me feel very , very safe . I’d absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Tralee, you won’t find better.

Nice hotel. Good location just on the outskirts of Tralee. Lobby area nicely decorated, and very clean and tidy. Receptionist (Brian) was friendly and helpful. The room itself was also clean and tidy. No issues there. We didn't get to try the leisure facilities, nor breakfast so I can't comment on those aspects. What I believe lets the hotel down is their restaurant. While I wouldn't go as far as say the food was 'bad', it definitely left a lot to be desired. Far from what is expected from a 4 star hotel, I would classify it as 'pub food' at best.

Our favorite hotel in Tralee! We stay here 4-5 times a year when visiting family locally. Originally came for the pool (kids were small). Now returning because of the room size, service, location and value. Staff are excellent - particularly the receptionists Honor and Brian.

Nice hotel with fantastic amenities given its location to local shops and of course the leisure centre. The CV suite is relatively basic but has everything you need, a decent weights area is located kn the 1st floor complete with a studio, ideal for those staying on short business trips to relax. The pool is good and has dedicated swimming lanes, both are open to the public. The rooms are good size and bed comfortable, underfloor heating was relatively h wide too. Breakfast if good and the adjoining bar and restaurant is really good for sports and food is good too. Enjoy!

This is an older hotel that is well maintained and has a nifty art deco feel to its furniture. It is right beside a shopping district so plenty of modern stores at your finger tips, as well as being a pleasant 20/25 minute stroll to downtown. Rooms were nice and clean, nothing special. Our stay came with a breakfast, I really like the ordering off the menu. Service was fast and food was hot and tasty. There were a couple of bus tours that ate before us so I imagine it would have been a bit slower if those folks were still around.

Rooms too warm air con not working, pool too warm to swim in or stay in for more than 15 mins so avoided the pool, am i'm a swimmer. Restaurant food nice but ok. Ordered sandwitches really nice. Lovely hotel. In the centre of things. Excellent shopping centre next door. Excellent breakfast. Clean family orientated with large clean rooms. On the Friday night we stayed the bar was quiet but staff more than helpful. Pool nice clean 2 lanes for those who wished to do laps. Overall lovely hotel and will definitely return.

Spotless room with gorgeous design. Everything is perfect. Loved the breakfast - people with any food preference will find sth to eat. Loved this place so much we have booked it for a family holiday as we were checking out. The rooms , food, facilities were amazing but definitely the staff make it 5 star. A 5 star experience, my mother and father in law were 50 years married recently and we decided to send them on a trip away to Tralee, When I booked the hotel the receptionist was so amazing and to say they had a 5 star experience is an understatement, they came home so refreshed and full of complements about the hotel itself, but most especially about the fantastic staff. My mother in law, who I have to say is an amazing person felt like she had been treated like royalty, can't wait to make a return visit. Nice clean hotel. Food is excellent far better than expected. Breakfast is not your usual buffet there is a lovely menu with eggs Benedict, crepes and full irish etc. One of few hotels who can accommodate 3 children with bunkbeds in the room. There is a brilliant playroom for the kids which needs a keycard to get in. Only problem we had was the key cards we had go get a new one almost everytime we went back to the room as they kept deactivating which was very annoying with small kids on ghe 3rd floor.

Great value hotel if you don't mind being outside the town. The rooms are lovely.. can get a suite for less than 100 for a night. Food is lovely. I've had the fish and chips and the steak and both were lovely. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is limited but has all the core machines you might need and some dumbell weights. No bench press or squat rack. The spa and pool is perfect.

Stayed in a family room in Manor West with 2 adults and 2 kids ....room very comfortable and had a fridge in the room which was an added bonus...Leisure Centre was superb ...very clean etc . .Ate in bar for an evening meal which was quite tasty and all of us enjoyed it and had no complaints ..There was a great selection for breakfast...staff were very efficient and friendly ...just one point ..our room was facing front of hotel where we could hear outside traffic as window in the room was not soundproof ...but others might not find that a problem but if you are a light sleeper ..you understand !! We stayed in the Manor West for one night recently, the reception area was lovely and very nice receptionist. Hallways and rooms were nice and clean; and lived up to the 4 stars. However I have one major problem with the hotel, cups, glasses, everything you eat or drink off smells of rotten eggs, this problem is caused by very dirty dishwashers, I had a g&t in the bar at night and could not drink it, next morning at breakfast I had to discretely try and rinse off the spoon and bowl with hot water to get rid of the smell,I could not get rid of the smell off the cups so had to ask the waiter to hand wash the cups which he did, he was very nice about it. It is a simple thing if you put plates covered in food into a dishwasher your dishwasher will get dirty, you need to clean out the dishwasher from time to time, change the filters and stop putting so much food into the dishwasher. The food could have been lovely there but all I got was the rotten eggs smell from everything. The pool and leisure club was lovely but there was a bit of black fungus growing around the tiles in the swimming pool I think it is from not enough chlorine in the water the staff should get into the pool from time to time to check there is no fungus on the walls of the pool. Overall apart from dirty dishes and pool needing a bit of a clean, the hotel is fantastic and one of the better ones in Kerry.

Stayed there a few times now . Staff if you ring direct will give an excellent rate for each night stay. Large clean rooms with toiletries flat screen t.v. Wi-Fi rec. Excellent breakfast food and service. In lounge bar they serve excellent food really great bar food but let down by consistently slow and not highly trained bar service staff. Ate there 4 times and we had issues on service side each time. We kept going back as food was so good though. Lovely hotel rooms and would definitely stay again when in tralee but advise them to focus on bar food service as a priority in my personal opinion.

Lovely hotel in a great location near shops and very close to Tralee town. Situated on outskirts of Tralee town, on Limerick/ Killarney Rd , this Hotel is ideal for your stay in Kerry. Gateway to West( Dingle etc), or Wild Atlantic Way , to Barrow for golf, this most comfortable Hotel is perfect venue. The leisure centre here, has excellent facilities on two floors. All the family will enjoy the cleanliness of the pool area, and changing facilities- so bring your swimwear. The helpful staff, in gym and hotel, will make your stay here, a pleasure.

Stayed here many times but this time in the corona times we were a bit scared.but there was no need all was great social distance was every were in the restaurant bar hotel.the room was very spacious not a sound the breakfast was the icing on the cake.we will be back

Great place to stay if you prefer actual room space over luxurious lobby. Rooms are huge! 4th floor suites have lots of closet space, a nice balcony looking on to the road, Manor shopping and mountains. Clean and modern. Leisure centre with water dancing classes you can join. I've tried all soup specials and all were great except tomato one. Leeks and potato, broccoli cheddar, and vegetable soup are creamy, perfectly seasoned and can even be ordered as a kids portion if you're having a big main course. BBQ ribs is what I had every time. Very tender and meaty as suppose to bones in sauce.

I go to leisure club here. It is an ideal quiet gym for people who just want to work out without crazy amounts of people. Alongside this, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Only thing to complain about is that the floor in the male changing room is nearly always dirty which is kinda annoying when trying to make it to the pool

Manor West Hotel greets you on arrival when coming to Tralee..ideally situated..plenty of parking..adjoined to Manor West Retail park..a must for all shopping enthusiasts..I popped in for a quick coffee & dessert..a mango cheescake with white chocolate..it was made inhouse..no pics of it as I ate it too fast!! Elizabeth our server was very friendly & super efficient..top marks..bonus points as this hotel has a pool & gym..a very worthy stop..

Loved our short stay in this hotel. Travelling with a busy 2 year old who just loved the play-room. With small kids I'd highly recommend this hotel with its highly maintained play-room, large pool (& kids pool) varied breakfast options and exceptional staff. From reception to bar/food and hospitality, all staff made us feel at home for our 2 night stay.
