Called DS late on a Sunday and they arrived 9am on Monday morning which was impressive in itself. I'm connected to a pumping station so they had 70 Metres to clear as problem seems to be a long way down and had backed up. They had it all fixed inside an hour. Clean and tidy and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Have used this company for years and was very happy with service. However, a few months back I was having problems with my tank - I rang on 2 occasions and some guy was to ring me back to arrange an inspection but he didnt bother. i had to go elsewhere to get matter resolved.

Hi, I would just like to say how happy I am after DS Enviromental came to our house to clear a blockage, the guy took one look in the septic tank and said thats your problem. After 40 mins he had the tank emptied, and also jetted the main line, quick, efficient, and freindly, what more can you ask for 10/10. Great company with a great team from the first phone call until the job was finished, I can't praise them enough. Thanks to everyone involved. John Cox
