Great service from Aqua dry. I'd used them once before so was happy to go with them for a major job on 10 years worth of wear and stains on carpet. Hannah was really helpful in the office in terms of scheduling, and Dan arrived as scheduled and did a quick and effective clean and treat for stains. We now have them booked to do an upholstery job. Well worth it.

Aqua-Dry came on my radar from a recommendation from a long established couch manufacturing company and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. I made the call and Hannah was very friendly, informative and helpful on the phone. I sent in a few pictures of my couch and she was back to me immediately. I wanted to get it done as soon as possible and she fitted me in to a cancellation the following day. I was told Dan would arrive between 2 and 3 p.m. and I asked if possible if he could come as early as he could. He arrived just before 2 p.m. which was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, informative and got straight to it. The couch has been given a new lease of life and I could not recommend Aqua-Dry enough. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and their clients are their top priority. So refreshing in this day and age. Great value too I might add. If you are reading this your search should end here. They were just a pleasure to deal with and the results were fantastic.

I had a couple of items cleaned by Tony of Aqua-Dry last week & I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The armchair in the Living room that I have sat on regularly for the past 4 years (& which had gotten quite grubby) looks like it did when I bought it in 2017 again. Delighted with it. These guys were fantastic. Most professional website and the Arnotts, NCH and PML are all companies I have worked with and their logos on the site gave me trust. I have Jacaranda carpets in one of the bedrooms and Tom spotted that they were possibly made of Viscose. His expertise, experience and knowledge meant a very expensive carpet was left unharmed. Others may not have had this knowledge and just gone ahead in order to get paid. All in all it was a 5 star service at what I felt was a very reasonable price for such excellent service.

I found Aqua-Dry while searching on line for a company to do upholstery cleaning and to add protection to a new suite. My enquiry was handled by Hannah who was very helpful about the services they could offer. The booking was made and I received email confirmation and a text msg the day before the work was to be done. Aqua-Dry arrived on time, carried out the work very professionally and gave me tips on stain removal and care of my furniture. The upholstery cleaning was excellent and I was delighted with the results. I got an email following the completion of the work to make sure I was satisfied. Overall excellent customer service and very good results. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

I've been a customer of Aqua Dry for a number of years now and have had consistently excellent results. Daisy, my Westhighland Terrier, has provided Aqua Dry with a number of challenges, stain-wise, over the years, but I'm happy to say Aqua Dry came out tops every time, prolonging the life of my carpets!!

I booked these services twice over the last few weeks, mostly owing to the wonderful job Tony does. He is incredibly tidy and efficient in that he gets the job done very quickly. Given my fabrics are all ~5 yrs old now with two toddlers and a dog running around on them, he is very honest about what exactly he can 'clean up' and what he can't, which I really appreciated. Given the results achieved I believe the service offered is excellent value. The carpets, chairs and sofas all came up like brand new, and there was a gorgeous clean smell left throughout the house. The kids playroom had all sorts of cheap makeup and glitter stains - and afterwards the carpet was so spotless. I also had two cotton/linen blend cream chairs in the kitchen coated in stains from nutella to bolognaise - I was going to throw them out - Tony had a go at them and again they came up like brand new!! 5 stars: Great value for money, superb results and Tony has been early for both scheduled appointments :)

We recently had a new addition to the family and decided to get our carpets cleaned so that the house would be nice and clean for the baby. The carpets at home are predominantly beige in colour and we didn't think that they were in particular need of a clean until we saw the results. We honestly could not believe the difference when we got home. They actually looked like brand new carpets, it was incredible!! The job that Aqua-Dry did was exceptional. The cleaner gentleman (Tony) was very polite, punctual, and based on the results, extremely competent at his job. Delighted with our rugs! We've just moved back into our house after three long months out for repairs and wanted to make the most of this opportunity by freshening everything up. Aqua-Dry took away all our rugs for cleaning and stored them for us until we got back and they were like new on return. We have a few Oriental rugs which need to be cleaned by hand and I don't trust these to just anyone. Thank you for a very professional service and for going that extra mile.

I have used many different companies, primarily because I never found one worth to have back. The others weren't bad, they just didn't give me a reason to hire them again. Not the case here. I had a bit of a crisis involving spilled paint on carpet. Aqua-Dry Carpet Cleaners came to my rescue! They were finishing a job nearby and were able to get to me within a half hour. They told me to keep the carpet wet while I waited for them to arrive. When they got here they got to work right away and they were able to get all the paint up! After they left they called and told me to watch out for any paint that may come up from the concrete and to call if I noticed anything and they will come back out. I'm really impressed at how quickly they responded to my call and how professional they were. The price was extremely affordable. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

Just had Tom and his son cleaning my carpets. What a terrific job they did, they told me I had moths in my sitting room eating merrily away at my carpet but were very reassuring that they could deal efficiently with the problem and advised me how to avoid it in the future. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. Tom collected and returned the rug when he said he would and it came back looking so much better. We got it cleaned because our cat had peed on it a few times last year but I didn't realise how much everyday dust and dirt had built up in it over 10 years even though it's vacuumed every week. It came back looking noticeably brighter and the wool had its lovely lustre back. The pile was also fuller and softer. I hadn't appreciated how flattened down it had become. I'll definitely be recommending Aqua-Dry to anyone I know who needs their rug cleaned.

An incredible knowledge base and an extensive skill set, Tom compled the aray of rugs, and the additional bonus for the extremely large rug was, they were able to take it away to be cleaned and professionally dried, so no damp rug drying smell.
